5 /5 Susan Knibbs: I’ve been a patient at EZ Dental for years now. I’ve always had Dr. Majzoub and I just love him. He’s friendly, professional and gentle. He remembers who I am and looks out for my interests. He works with my insurance and holds off on procedures that can legitimately wait. For example, I have super old fillings that will need to be redone but are still working so he always “keeps an eye” on them. It’s been years now but those old fillings are holding their own. The staff is always friendly and helpful and their space is clean and comfortable.

The doctor is excellent, and Ive never had any issues. Theyre proactive in encouraging good dental hygiene practices, like flossing. I highly recommend this dentist!

5 /5 Gabrielle Goudard: Dr Majoub is extremely professional AND also very considerate as a person. every time I have a dental procedure to do, he gives me all the options with great recommendations, and it always go exactly how he says. He is not pushy on doing extra things to get more money, and I trust him completely both on decisions and quality of the work. Finally I always feel he treats patients very humanly, which is for me an absolute criteria, and always adds a small touch of humour so you leave the clinic with a smile (both because of the great teeth work and the jokes). We need more doctors like him!

5 /5 Jennal Johnson: My husband and I have had our dental care with Dr. Majzoub, DDS’s practice since moving to the South Loop 2 years ago. Dr. Majzoub is personable, efficient and does all the work himself including cleanings. His staff (front and back) is excellent. We have had cavities, crowns, mouth guard and preventative care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice.

Chicago Dental Arts - Chicago Cemile B.: Stay away from this dental clinic at all costs. They dont even deserve one star. I have been struggling with issues related to my jaw and jaw muscles since 2021, and have consulted with two dentists and a jaw specialist. Despite trying different nightguards and recommended exercises, my condition has only worsened over time. Recently, I sought out a local dentist who could provide comprehensive care and found Chicago Dental Arts. Unfortunately, my experience at Chicago Dental Arts was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but my encounter with Dr. Fedin was appalling. As I began explaining my situation to the assistant, the doctor walked in and rudely interrupted, "No need to repeat. I heard the beginning." This dismissive attitude was just the beginning. Holding my nightguards and still wearing my mask, I continued explaining my history since 2021. The doctor then put on gloves and, while discussing the treatment, made a snide comment about the cost, implying it might be beyond my means. This was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. When I inquired about treatment options without Botox, trying to understand all possibilities, the doctor abruptly became aggressive. He removed his gloves before even examining me and snapped, "Then go see a neurologist." Confused, I asked why he suggested that, to which he responded dismissively, "I dont know. They might give you alternative treatments or something." Before I could ask any further questions, the doctor angrily stated, "I wont treat you. I wont even consult with you. I dont have time for this," and stormed out of the room, leaving me in shock. The assistant was equally stunned, and I asked, "Am I supposed to pay for this?" After a discussion with the office, I thankfully left without paying. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with Dr. Fedin. His rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to avoid Chicago Dental Arts at all costs. This doctors conduct was not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful.

pulp&dentin (GENERAL DENTISTRY) - Chicago Patrick Anders: The team at pulp&dentin is very committed to my overall dental health, not only now but in my future. They explain what is going on, the action plan, and how it will affect me in the down the road. Very thorough and I would recommend to anybody looking for general dentistry!
