Lisa Chavarria Doctors were very nice. They answered all of my questions. Very much attentive to their patients. Good quality medical care. Very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. They always take time to answer all of your questions.

Damenya Howard Im not sure if the staff is trained on how to deduct funds from FSA/HSA accounts, but this is the 2nd time I had to pay with cash b/c the receptionist failed to swipe/enter card information correctly. I was told my card was declined; however, I re-checked the balance & there was $275.00 in my FSA account. Please train your staff properly, as this causes inconveniences that could be avoided.

Cons: Did not bother to file the claim with my insurance company in a reasonable time, leading to full denial of coverage on all service. Got that fixed, but..
Edit: currently in the hospital after surviving Ludwigs angina. Had tried calling several times and explaining I didnt ever get access to the online portal. So I was having logistics issues with rescheduling an appointment after hitting a deer. After nearly dying over the weekend, Im done, and will be going somewhere else. I apparently now am considered in dire enough straits to qualify for some of the other offices. Id be leaving a negative number if the system worked that way.
