1 /5 Damenya Howard: Im not sure if the staff is trained on how to deduct funds from FSA/HSA accounts, but this is the 2nd time I had to pay with cash b/c the receptionist failed to swipe/enter card information correctly. I was told my card was declined; however, I re-checked the balance & there was $275.00 in my FSA account. Please train your staff properly, as this causes inconveniences that could be avoided.

1 /5 Mitchell: This was the only place in a two hour drive range that would take my insuance Cons: Did not bother to file the claim with my insurance company in a reasonable time, leading to full denial of coverage on all service. Got that fixed, but.. Edit: currently in the hospital after surviving Ludwigs angina. Had tried calling several times and explaining I didnt ever get access to the online portal. So I was having logistics issues with rescheduling an appointment after hitting a deer. After nearly dying over the weekend, Im done, and will be going somewhere else. I apparently now am considered in dire enough straits to qualify for some of the other offices. Id be leaving a negative number if the system worked that way.

1 /5 Mike Rhodes: Terrible place to go the state needs to step in and shut them down never get to see a doctor takes hrs even with insurance they have horrible reviews and the hospital too I will never go here again nobody should
