1 /5 Kristina Clark: I am new to the area and scheduled my first appointment back in January for beginning of March. I scheduled on a day off to avoid having to miss work. One week prior, they called and said they had to reschedule due to the dentist not being in the office that day. I had to reschedule to a day that didnt really work super well based on their availability, 3 weeks after original appointment. The day of that rescheduled appointment, they called me saying they needed to once again reschedule, pushing it out another week. I could not keep this pattern and lost confidence that this would not continue to happen. I am sure they are nice and I get things happen, but it is not a good first impression for a new patient.
