5 /5 M W: I cannot recommend this place enough. The dentist gave the most through cleaning to the biggest baby in the world (me) when it comes to dental care. Dental salon made me feel comfortable and explained pricing with my insurance right up front. They treated me amazing even knowing I’m going to be a pain. You really can’t ask for more of a dentist but to make you comfortable when you’re the most uncomfortable. Dental Salon does that. Plus, the office is clean, welcoming and fresh Highly recommend

2 /5 Timothy: I had expected my x-rays and cleaning to take an hour as indicated online, but it took nearly twice as long. They had to re-do my x-rays as the first didnt come out right, which meant waiting 30 more minutes for someone to finally notice me. I was eventually seen by a different specialist who informed me that the dentist I had scheduled with was running late. Staff were perfectly attentive and friendly, but the actual cleaning felt rushed despite the long wait, like they were just trying to get me out of there as fast as possible. My experience might have been out of the ordinary, but its all that I can base my assessment on.

5 /5 Shirley Cole: Dental Salon has been my Dental spot for over 5 years.and igoing there always makes me feel like my mouth is in good hands. The kind and courteous staff is always explaining each procedure as plainly as can which that makes it more stress free to sit in any Dental chair. To add to the patient’s satisfaction is the clean modern ambiance that looks always clean and inviting. I would and have recommended this place to anyone.

5 /5 Judith M Leavell: The staff is very welcoming at the Chicago location. The dentist and his assistant did a wonderful job at helping me prepare for an orthodontic consultation. I had a cleaning and X-rays. They even emailed the results to the orthodontist. I am very grateful and appreciative of all the assistance I received.

1st Family Dental-Andersonville - Chicago M Espi: From the beginning, this locations receptionist and front desk had been nothing but rude. I called initially and asked to schedule an appointment. They immediately told me they didnt take my insurance. I was taken aback since I got their number directly from my insurance website. After being transferred, Maria confirmed they do in fact take my insurance. I called 2 days before the appointment to confirm everything was good to go and the receptionist told me they do not take my insurance. I asked them to confirm again and they said we dont confirm until the day before the appointment. She said I could just find out myself by calling my insurance. Since that was already a run around I asked them to cancel this appointment. She said immediately confirmed and hung up on me. I tried to call back and was put on hold for 20 min, no answer. This place is a wreck.

Allure Dental Chicago - Chicago Stephanie Owens: Get second opinions if you can! Paid 4k for Invisalign and wanted my teeth to be as perfect as possible for the price I was paying…Dr. kept saying they look good so I finally agreed to complete the Invisalign even though I did not get 100% satisfaction. I just want my teeth straight and not SLANTED as shown by the black line in the photo. Service here was not as good as many people say. They only care about their time, not yours and will cancel your appointments if their staff doesn’t show up. I also had a root canal here that very likely wasn’t needed but I was convinced/ pressured to get it done. I changed my doctor and it’s funny how I had 0 issues with this new doctor…watch out!

Chicago Family Dental Center: Gary Wegmann, DDS - Chicago Velma Williams: Under the leadership of Dr. Gary Wegman, the Chicago dental clinic provides timely competent and compassionate care for patients. Dr. Wegman takes time to get to know each of his patients and their dental care needs. He also works with patients on the cost of care and provides information on budgeting out cost for services over the term of treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic. This team of professionals makes visiting the dentist a truly pleasant experience!

Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park - Chicago Sally Lewis: The staff at Premier Dentistry is always helpful! Received a reminder call to pre-med for my appointment, had a good cleaning with Natalie and an exam with Dr. Brand. Visits are always a very pleasant experience.

I’m so grateful that my sibling provided me with this Awesome lead!! From my initial visit including my additional follow-up visits, the overall experience has been extremely positive! I truly appreciated the thorough baseline assessment of my dental needs as a new patient. The staff at the facility are all very professional, personable and provide great vibes during the visit. The facility is well maintained and the dental rooms have fantastic views! Dr. Fisher has serviced me for my multiple dental needs. He’s excellent at explaining the dental procedure before anything is done including the anticipated results after the procedure is completed. He proactively ask whether you have concerns/questions about the dental procedure. Dr. Fisher and the dental assistant make sure you’re comfortable during the dental procedure, which I truly appreciate!

Strobel Dentistry - Chicago Jerome Pansera: I’ve been at patient there for several years and everyone is great: Dr Isabella explains all the procedures clearly and doesn’t oversell treatments, Andrea is a very gentle, caring and thorough hygienist, and Mark went above and beyond to help me. No one is excited about a visit to the dentist, but this clinic makes the experience as painless as possible. The entire team cares about your dental health while trying to save you money. Highly recommended.

DentalQ – Best Dentists in Chicago, Lincoln Park & South Loop - Chicago Dennis Thornton: If you live or work in the South Loop or Printers Row area, you must visit DentalQ! The space is bright and inviting. Hazel(pictured below) will greet you at the door! The staff is awesome! And Dr. Mehr is and amazing dentist. She is kind and honest. She and her Team are willing to explain the dental care so that you understand everything along the way. 5-Stars isnt enough!
