1 /5 Benjamin Flores Jr: I went to get a deep cleaning. However I was told I needed to do this and the other with my teeth because the fillings i had were old. The ones they put now I cant even get floss between my teeth. I trusted the people and did what I was told was needed. Mind you before i walked in there none of my teeth were hurting or bothering me. Its been about 8 months and my teeth feel worst than ever. Super sensitive. Hot, cold, sugar no sugar everything bothers me. Mine you I spent over $2,000 out of pocket. Insurance paid about 1k, doing what they claimed I needed done. I went against my own judgment and now I have been suffering.. I regret doing what was recommended. Mind you I only did half of their recommendations, because of the price. Im glad I didnt move forward with the rest. Just a heads up, if it isnt broke dont fix it. We I told them about my problem, they claimed it will get better with time. Definitely not the case. Actually feels like its getting worst with time. On top of that service was horrible. Appointments are definitely pointless. Appointment getting rescheduled. You get there before or at scheduled time and still have to wait 30 minutes plus before they call you in. Just giving the community a heads up. Be careful what they tell you may need.

4 /5 M R: Overall good experience, occasionally they dont take you at your scheduled time. My visit today went fine. Last week my wife and daughter had waited over 45 min after being there on time. Thats the only issue, is scheduling. Other than that professional staff and service.

5 /5 Desiree Chloé: Dr Spyro is amazing he explains everything in detail and even caught some work I needed done that didn’t show on the X-rays. I highly recommend him and his bed side manner is great as well. The staff is friendly and Diane is awesome!! The place is always super clean as well. Thank you for such professionalism.

East Loop Dental - Chicago Kella B: I absolutely LOVED my experience! I went in for a bi-annual check and cleaning. The dentist took his time with me and made sure he explained everything he saw on the XRays, possible options I had and severity. I appreciated that he was being thorough while also realistic and not pressuring me into procedures that were not necessary. I especially liked the hygienist’s (Mr Hanna) gentle treatment, as I am very sensitive with my teeth. Would definitely recommend if you are considering a new reliable dentist!

Dental Salon - Chicago M W: I cannot recommend this place enough. The dentist gave the most through cleaning to the biggest baby in the world (me) when it comes to dental care. Dental salon made me feel comfortable and explained pricing with my insurance right up front. They treated me amazing even knowing I’m going to be a pain. You really can’t ask for more of a dentist but to make you comfortable when you’re the most uncomfortable. Dental Salon does that. Plus, the office is clean, welcoming and fresh Highly recommend

1st Family Dental-Andersonville - Chicago M Espi: From the beginning, this locations receptionist and front desk had been nothing but rude. I called initially and asked to schedule an appointment. They immediately told me they didnt take my insurance. I was taken aback since I got their number directly from my insurance website. After being transferred, Maria confirmed they do in fact take my insurance. I called 2 days before the appointment to confirm everything was good to go and the receptionist told me they do not take my insurance. I asked them to confirm again and they said we dont confirm until the day before the appointment. She said I could just find out myself by calling my insurance. Since that was already a run around I asked them to cancel this appointment. She said immediately confirmed and hung up on me. I tried to call back and was put on hold for 20 min, no answer. This place is a wreck.

Allure Dental Chicago - Chicago Stephanie Owens: Get second opinions if you can! Paid 4k for Invisalign and wanted my teeth to be as perfect as possible for the price I was paying…Dr. kept saying they look good so I finally agreed to complete the Invisalign even though I did not get 100% satisfaction. I just want my teeth straight and not SLANTED as shown by the black line in the photo. Service here was not as good as many people say. They only care about their time, not yours and will cancel your appointments if their staff doesn’t show up. I also had a root canal here that very likely wasn’t needed but I was convinced/ pressured to get it done. I changed my doctor and it’s funny how I had 0 issues with this new doctor…watch out!
