5 /5 Kella B: I absolutely LOVED my experience! I went in for a bi-annual check and cleaning. The dentist took his time with me and made sure he explained everything he saw on the XRays, possible options I had and severity. I appreciated that he was being thorough while also realistic and not pressuring me into procedures that were not necessary. I especially liked the hygienist’s (Mr Hanna) gentle treatment, as I am very sensitive with my teeth. Would definitely recommend if you are considering a new reliable dentist!

5 /5 Teddy Thompson: Dr.Kostal is an incredible dentist but most importantly a great person. He actually cares about the patients well being vs how much he can bill you or your insurance. I currently live in Tampa,Fl and fly up every 6 months for my semi-annual visits. That should say alot.

The office is always spotless, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have been super accommodating with last-minute appointments. I used to hate going to the dentist, but with all of my appointments being totally pain-free experiences (ranging from fillings to a wisdom tooth extraction!) I actually stay up to date on my appointments. Dr. Kostal is always on top of new state-of-the-art dental techniques and technology, and is happy to explain anything and everything going on with procedures.

5 /5 Michele Askari: Dr. Michael and his staff are consummate professionals! Their offices are centrally located and sanitary. My two visits were exceptionally positive, as the doctor took time with me to explain all procedures, sharing photos and X-rays and answering any questions in advance. During the appointment he and his hygienist checked in to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain. Billing and Insurance are thoroughly reviewed and discussed. If it wasn’t for a pending move out of state, this would be my dental office for life!

Dental salon made me feel comfortable and explained pricing with my insurance right up front. They treated me amazing even knowing I’m going to be a pain. Wonderful hygienist that took the time and patience to understand my fear of pain and did a great job on having me go through the process without feeling any pain or discomfort. 1st Family Dental-Andersonville - Chicago M Espi: From the beginning, this locations receptionist and front desk had been nothing but rude. I called initially and asked to schedule an appointment. They immediately told me they didnt take my insurance. I was taken aback since I got their number directly from my insurance website. After being transferred, Maria confirmed they do in fact take my insurance. I called 2 days before the appointment to confirm everything was good to go and the receptionist told me they do not take my insurance. I asked them to confirm again and they said we dont confirm until the day before the appointment. She said I could just find out myself by calling my insurance. Since that was already a run around I asked them to cancel this appointment. She said immediately confirmed and hung up on me. I tried to call back and was put on hold for 20 min, no answer. This place is a wreck.

Allure Dental Chicago - Chicago Stephanie Owens: Get second opinions if you can! Paid 4k for Invisalign and wanted my teeth to be as perfect as possible for the price I was paying…Dr. kept saying they look good so I finally agreed to complete the Invisalign even though I did not get 100% satisfaction. I just want my teeth straight and not SLANTED as shown by the black line in the photo. Service here was not as good as many people say. They only care about their time, not yours and will cancel your appointments if their staff doesn’t show up. I also had a root canal here that very likely wasn’t needed but I was convinced/ pressured to get it done. I changed my doctor and it’s funny how I had 0 issues with this new doctor…watch out!

Chicago Family Dental Center: Gary Wegmann, DDS - Chicago Velma Williams: Under the leadership of Dr. Gary Wegman, the Chicago dental clinic provides timely competent and compassionate care for patients. Dr. Wegman takes time to get to know each of his patients and their dental care needs. He also works with patients on the cost of care and provides information on budgeting out cost for services over the term of treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic. This team of professionals makes visiting the dentist a truly pleasant experience!

Premier Dentistry at Millennium Park - Chicago Sally Lewis: The staff at Premier Dentistry is always helpful! Received a reminder call to pre-med for my appointment, had a good cleaning with Natalie and an exam with Dr. Brand. Visits are always a very pleasant experience.

I’m so grateful that my sibling provided me with this Awesome lead!! From my initial visit including my additional follow-up visits, the overall experience has been extremely positive! I truly appreciated the thorough baseline assessment of my dental needs as a new patient. The staff at the facility are all very professional, personable and provide great vibes during the visit. The facility is well maintained and the dental rooms have fantastic views! Dr. Fisher has serviced me for my multiple dental needs. He’s excellent at explaining the dental procedure before anything is done including the anticipated results after the procedure is completed. He proactively ask whether you have concerns/questions about the dental procedure. Dr. Fisher and the dental assistant make sure you’re comfortable during the dental procedure, which I truly appreciate!

Strobel Dentistry - Chicago Jerome Pansera: I’ve been at patient there for several years and everyone is great: Dr Isabella explains all the procedures clearly and doesn’t oversell treatments, Andrea is a very gentle, caring and thorough hygienist, and Mark went above and beyond to help me. No one is excited about a visit to the dentist, but this clinic makes the experience as painless as possible. The entire team cares about your dental health while trying to save you money. Highly recommended.
