kathrine bokina Dr Alysia is probably the best dentist I have ever met. I was so nervous at the start of my appointment and she immediately calmed me with her gentle demeanor and smile. Dr Alysia explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and discussed options with me. Another practice recommended a more costly procedure for my issue, but Dr Alysia felt that was not necessary! I appreciate the honesty! I have decided today that this is going to be my go to practice. Thank you again Dr. A, you truly are excellent at what you do!

Darrel Roccaforte This was by far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Alysia Alfano extracted my tooth that has been bothering me for months. I felt no pain she took her time to make sure I was numb enough also made small talk so it took my mind off the pressure. Amazing local dentist 1000% recommend

Alonso Gonzalez Patient beware! My family and I went in but before we did, we called to make sure that they were in network even though we have a PPO. They assured us that yes they are in network, but when we got there, they assigned us to a doctor that was not in network, and the receptionist was clueless about us wanting a doctor in network, and she just kept saying, "oh we can still bill your insurance." we made it clear that we needed an in network doctor to maximize our benefits. Otherwise it cost us more out-of-pocket. For some reason, she didnt understand that until the daughter of the male dentist came out and said she was doing our service, but she is not in network and her father was booked. I expressed my concerns and took my filled out forms back, which had sensitive information such as my Social Security number, and they proceeded to add us to a do not return list. We were unaware that they put us on this list until we tried to rebook and give them another opportunity. They claim that I got loud and obnoxious, but their security cameras would tell a different story. If I got that loud and obnoxious, why would I be calling to give them another opportunity? Lesson learned. I will be reporting them to the insurance company. These types of dentists want to make sure they get the most out of insurance plans and will tell you that they are in network but bill your insurance for out of network. Please be aware.

Dawn Yttrie I will NEVER return to this lady. she did a HUGE filling, only for me to not eat or sleep for an entire week before i called them & needed to be seen to figure out why. then she proceeded to take an xray of the tooth she previously did work on (but mind you, i had a tooth pulled by her in october, where they took a full mouth xray so he did in fact have my x-rays before even filling my current problem tooth) and takes a look at the new x ray she took, only to tell me it needs to be pulled or root canal. THEN WHY DID YOU FILL IT, DR. MILO?! i went somewhere else & they in fact said they would have never filled it- they would have went straight to the root canal or tooth pull options. i havent had food in 3 weeks, ive been surviving on protein shakes because of all of this. ive now had 2 infections in the last 4 weeks due to Dr. Milos mess up.

Leilani Jaramillo Dr. Milo was very kind and gentle. For some reason I have anxiety about any kind of dental work and her staff and herself were very understanding and patient with me. They did a great job and moved fast for the next appointment and for referrals. I definitely recommend Dr.Milo and look forward to returning!(:

Jennifer Crabtree Office was very bright and clean. Staff was wonderful and the overall process was very well described, quick and efficient. After care directions were provided verbally as well as in writing in case you needed to reference it later. Results were 3-4 shades whiter after the first round of 20 minutes and even more so after the second round. Very happy with the service and Im looking forward to my next treatment in 6 months.

Michelle Race Love this place! Scheduling was easy, they had an appointment that worked with my schedule less than 2 days after I called. The office is nice and clean. Heather was professional and knowledgeable. My teeth went for an 8 to a 3 after the first 20 minutes and 3 to a 1 after the second 20 minute session. I’ve already started to refer friends. Highly recommend!

Bobby Alty Staff was very nice, did two treatments. Out in less than an hour. I went from a 10 to a 5 first treatment. Then from a 5 to a 2 the 2nd Treatment. Look at their website for the specials. I highly recommend this place based on the results. My sister is paying too much, Im having her change. Its the same process.

Amber C Been going here for years and absolutely love Dr. Tuneberg this review is not about him or the dental assistants. They are all lovely people. I recently looked into getting Invisalign and saw Dr. V. I was told someone would follow up with me the week after. Finally after waiting a month and several non-returned phone calls later I was told to come in and set up a financial agreement. I was given said financial agreement form for $2500. I was told to check with my insurance to see how much they would cover and call them back. I was told they didn’t do this because the girl handling these is back up and swamped. I did as they said and followed up. The rep (Becky) who answered the phone got snippy with me saying it cost a minimum of $3500 and proceeed to tell me I was never quoted $2500. Again another 2 weeks of waiting on a callback from them I’m finally told “oh we made a billing error” your costs is actually $3000 before insurance but it will be cheaper since there’s a write off involved as well and you’ll receive a letter from your insurance co. Pretty ticked about the extra $500 but I move past it. Fast forward to yesterday I recieve a letter from my insurance and Dr. V is charging $5800. Mind you this is only for 4 months of treatment. Then to try to gaslight me saying I was never told it would be $3k is crazy. Which I was told this info by rep (Amy) $2500 to $5800 is a hefty “little billing error” this experience has me rethinking if I even want to continue my dental services here.

Kim Winger I recently visited Perry Tuneberg and Associates for the first time and I have to say that I was impressed with their efficiency and very happy with the outcome of my visit. They were prompt, courteous, and did not recommend any treatment that was not necessary. I agree totally with the treatment options I was given, and will definitely be returning as a permanent patient.

Pathik Shah Dr. Tuneberg and his staff are awesome. Ive been to a handful of dentists over the last 15 years or so and by far Dr. Tuneberg is the best. He takes the time to get to know you, educates you about any problems or conditions you have, and most importantly has a great personality. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Tuneberg and his staff will make you feel like your at home.

Laura Gallagher Excellent!! My husband had an emergency issue. He was able to get in right away even though we had never been a patient before. They handle everything in house. He got several procedures accomplished that same day! We are so impressed and our entire family will now be going to Rockford Dental Lounge! I cant recommend them enough!

Richard Burkett I have had some great dentists in my 70 years in five different states but the combination of thorough preparatory work and the careful explanation of the process on my particular needs and the excellent and painless dental work itself and her ethical efforts to keep the price down all makes Dr. Woolery standout over all the rest. She is simply the best at her profession. I recommend her highly and would be glad to say so to anyone who might be searching for complete dental surgery as I needed to.

John LiCausi My wife and I decided to take our 3 year old daughter to Woolery Dental for her first dental appointment. We wanted a dentist that was going to go above and beyond to acclimate our child in a positive way to visiting the dentist. They surely did just that! The dental hygienist was amazing and so was Dr. Woolery! They really made that visit fun, and took their time with her. Our daughter brags about her dentist to anyone and everyone at least once or twice a week since her appointment, and it has been a few months since the cleaning! Tom Windelborn Great dentist and staff. You can tell they know what theyre doing. Its an old school family dentist, which is very hard to find, these days. Dr. Stewart is really great at communicating whats going on, as he is doing an exam, and very straightforward about recommended treatment plans to get your teeth and gums healthy. Cant recommend highly enough!

bill krause I no longer live in the area but was in Rockford and went back to Dr. Kelly Moore today to repair a chipped front tooth. They were able to fit me in and Dr. Moore did a perfect repair. As he always does! I was a patient of his Father, until he retired and have been a patient of his since. He and his staff would be the only ones I would go to if I were still here. Great Dentist and awesome care.

Kim Krauss Dr Runne was my dentist since early 2000s. Highly recommended him to several people. One time I went in for a cleaning and the girl left me with a mouthful of blood and wasnt able to eat for 3 days so I never went in for a cleaning. I had an issue and called during Covid and low and behold had a medical emergency for rib issues and was down almost 3 months. We werent vaccinated at that time and didnt feel comfortable since #s were high. Fast forward Sept we got vaccinated and had a trip planned where my elderly mom fell and broke 3 bones and I was her caregiver Oct to Dec but came home to a letter that hes no longer our dentist. Luckily we have a better dentist with an awesome receptionist that seems to like her job and is kind.

Ashley Winterland Referred by Dr. Ongena. Saw them once for the first time in December 2020 and was very pleased with the doctor and his assistant. Front desk happens to need some help though..I was trying to figure out a reschedule date for a cleaning I had set up in June because of my new job. "If you work for a dental office, cant you just go there when theres a cancellation?" She asks. Wouldnt you want to keep as many customers as you can?? Terrible service!!

Tiara Magazine I had terrible experience with this dentist and his staff. He filled my front tooth which had composite that had cracked. That original composite was done by a different dentist and it lasted 8 years before slightly chipping. Then he told me as a precautionary he should fill my other front tooth with composite since it should be redone before it cracks as well. I said yes. 3 months later that very tooth that he covered with composite completely cracked off where he did the composite. My husband who has his PhD said that you can see where the material is actually delamenating. I am horrified. I called Dr. Runnes office only to be talked down by his receptionist. Granted I want everyone to know I am 30 years old and in good health so there is no reason his composite should have come apart like that. I explained this to her. She said they would fix it this once (as in only this one time). A shocking statement considering it is their fault. I scheduled an appointment for them to fix it. Then they mailed me a letter for a refund of $130 and said my appt is canceled. So Dr. Runne cashed in on the full price from the insurance company and their idea of "fixing" their mistake is to totally take advantage of the situation and not fix my tooth. The refund check they sent for $130 is the amount the insurance wouldnt cover for a different filling on a separate tooth. They are unbelievably rude and if you want a shoddy job go to this dentist.

donna z After he mismatched my 4 upper middle teeth and 3 other mismatched crowns...he blamed me for questioning him! Told me in front of his nurse I could fire him and get someone else to fix it! $9000 of work! Had it redone by Burch dental! Total disappointment! Do not recommend!
