    • Rohl Dental - Rockford Shirley M Droese: Dr Rohl and his team of professionals crafted an excellent dental experience for me as a new patient. They made the effort to read my history, asking questions for deeper understanding of my needs as a dental patient/client. They did a comprehensive assessment of my oral health, using X-rays and other measurements before recommending a treatment plan. They were kind, gentle, and concerned about any discomfort as we moved through the treatments. Everyone set an attitude of partnering with me for positive improvement in my oral health. I have had considerable anxiety when visiting any dentist, and the Rohl Clinic is very intentional about making me as comfortable as possible the entire time! Highly professional and caring!!
    Crimson Ridge Dentistry - Rockford Steve Raine: I am very pleased with Crimson Ridge Dentistry. Dr. J. Barry Tillis has been my dentist for ~ 30 to 35 years. At one point, my company insurance changed, and I had to select a new dentist. Shortly afterwards, even though he was out of network for that short period of time, I went back to him anyway, as he is that much better. And if my insurance were to do it again, I would still keep him. Very professional, explains everything, and the staff is wonderful also. They have a great dental hygienist and office professional. Flexible appointments and minimal to no pain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
    Forest Hills Dental Group - Rockford Cheri Kennedy: Always a pleasant experience at Forest Hills Dental. The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The cleaning was thorough yet very comfortable. Dr. Larson is very kind, patient, professional and the quality of his work is top-notch. My family and I have gone to Forest Hills dental for many years and will continue to do so well into the future!
    Burch Dental - Loves Park (Forest Hills) - Machesney Park Jennifer Broy: Such a beautiful new location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful too. I loved my hygienist, Brianna. She was all smiles under that mask and very thorough.

    Dr. Perry K. Tuneberg & Associates - Rockford Amber C: Been going here for years and absolutely love Dr. Tuneberg this review is not about him or the dental assistants. They are all lovely people. I recently looked into getting Invisalign and saw Dr. V. I was told someone would follow up with me the week after. Finally after waiting a month and several non-returned phone calls later I was told to come in and set up a financial agreement. I was given said financial agreement form for $2500. I was told to check with my insurance to see how much they would cover and call them back. I was told they didn’t do this because the girl handling these is back up and swamped. I did as they said and followed up. The rep (Becky) who answered the phone got snippy with me saying it cost a minimum of $3500 and proceeed to tell me I was never quoted $2500. Again another 2 weeks of waiting on a callback from them I’m finally told “oh we made a billing error” your costs is actually $3000 before insurance but it will be cheaper since there’s a write off involved as well and you’ll receive a letter from your insurance co. Pretty ticked about the extra $500 but I move past it. Fast forward to yesterday I recieve a letter from my insurance and Dr. V is charging $5800. Mind you this is only for 4 months of treatment. Then to try to gaslight me saying I was never told it would be $3k is crazy. Which I was told this info by rep (Amy) $2500 to $5800 is a hefty “little billing error” this experience has me rethinking if I even want to continue my dental services here.
    Dental Dreams-Machesney Park - Machesney Park Lus Ruiz: Both the dentist and the dental assistants were great as far as the back. They did super well with both of my toddlers and were super patient with them. I believe they had 4 receptions in the front who had horrible attitudes and not customer friendly. I called about 5 times with no answer due to me being a little late. I heard phone ringing and no one would answer them just talking and on their phones.

    Kurtis E. Wirth DDS - Rockford nicole langel: Ive been to many dentists, but this was my first oral surgery experience. When I first came in I was overwhelmed and scared because I knew I had a difficult wisdom tooth, but also because I didnt want to relive the painful infection that had prompted me to make the appointment. Dr. Wirths office was incredibly easy to work with from the beginning. My appointment was easy to book and the initial appointment went well. Dr. Wirth gave me the no-nonsense explanation I was looking for and clearly explained what the procedure would look like, as well as all the possible risks. Ive never had a dentist give me such in depth information before and honestly, despite the risks, I left feeling much more at ease and confident about it. The day of the extraction I was nervous but the staff and Dr. were all calm, polite, and professional and it really made a huge difference. Even at the follow up appointment I was given an in-depth explanation of what happened and what to expect. Never did I feel stupid for asking a question, or rushed to leave the office. This is the first dental office Ive visited where I felt that way. I can understand why some people feel his demeanor might be intimidating but I had a tremendously positive experience at this office and am thankful that I received the care and compassion that I did. Thank you!
