2 /5 Lus Ruiz: Both the dentist and the dental assistants were great as far as the back. They did super well with both of my toddlers and were super patient with them. I believe they had 4 receptions in the front who had horrible attitudes and not customer friendly. I called about 5 times with no answer due to me being a little late. I heard phone ringing and no one would answer them just talking and on their phones.

1 /5 Tommy Gaffey: Pretty horrible. I have always had a good experience with Dr Gao. However, I had heart surgery a year ago and she cleared me for heart surgery with dental work. A filling on my wisdom tooth fell out. She told me it was to hard of a tooth to fill I guess, and she could extract it. I need clearance for warfarin and antibiotics. She gave me a form to fill out. So I took it and left, quite annoyed. I feel if it needed extraction, we should have done that before surgery. Now I have to prepare for dental work. I got home and my cardiologist told me to have them fax it directly to him. I called back to Dental Dreams to ask them to please send the form if they could. I was told I left without stopping at the desk to get the paper scanned, so Ill need to take it to my cardiologist myself. Just taking it to him is not a easy task. Now I am here with huge hole in the side of my tooth, while its not constantly painful, its extremely sensitive and deep. She told me a antibiotic would be called in, it was not.( Im not 100% sure i can take them but its better than an infection in my tooth that is dangerous for me with a mechanical heart valve.) Im checking for different dentists in the area. She should be ashamed of herself and her staff. She acted amazing and caring before my surgery when she did the work to clear me for surgery. I thought since it was her filling that failed, and if she knew it would fail, why wait till now to remove it. Or at least make it right. But not faxing the paperwork is just disgusting. I hope she and her staff have the day they deserve

2 /5 Nate Yater: I recently visited Dental Dreams and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt rushed through the entire process. The staff seemed more focused on moving patients through quickly rather than ensuring a comfortable and thorough visit. The dentist barely took the time to explain what was being done, and there was no discussion about a treatment plan or next steps. I left the office feeling uncertain about my dental health and what, if anything, needed to be addressed in the future. A good dental visit should include clear communication and a sense of care for the patient’s concerns, but I didn’t get that here. I hope they can improve on taking the time to engage with patients rather than making the experience feel like an assembly line.

1 /5 Ashley Howard: If I could put 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for my son today due to his tooth breaking in half, when I called, they said I was not allowed to schedule 2 different appointments and that it would all need to be done today which included tooth extraction, X-rays, cleaning, and fillings of remaining teeth. When I got there we waited 45 minutes past appointment time before being called back and was in the back for tooth cleaning and a xray of 1 tooth for an additional 40 minutes before doctor came and saw us. When doctor came in he stated my sons gum where broken tooth was was very swollen and is infected and he won’t see him back for 2 weeks, when I asked why I was told this is how long he needed to be on meds for. When I walked to the front, I was told it should only be one week. Then because of the conflicting information, I asked if I can switch doctors because this is not the first time this doctor has done this to my family, the office manager told me I wasn’t allowed. I said I wasn’t satisfied with the service provided and was then told I’m not being forced to go there and can go somewhere else. I asked if I can just see another provider within the facility and was told I would receive a call by end of today to let me know. The doctors assistant brought paperwork up front which was a referral for fillings. Which my son had fillings done there before and they were confused as to why I was given the referral and the office manager told the receptionist not to give me the paperwork and told me to wait for her call. I never once received the call. I went and saw a new dentist and they stated my sons tooth was NOT infected at all and didn’t understand why I was told that. And they took X-rays of his whole mouth and was also able to extract the tooth. I am not happy with the care and tired of this doctor always stating he doesn’t have time for the appointment or always trying to pass the buck. He also never states who he is, doesn’t acknowledge the patient and comes in the room and just simply states to open your mouth. I don’t think it is right to force someone to stay with a doctor if they are not satisfied with care they are receiving.

1 /5 Steve Bamberg: I had a bridge come out, and was able to get in fairly quick to see the dentist. They went over my options and I eventually got a few teeth extracted, and ordered partials. The dentist had told me to make an appointment, but if the partials came in early I could just stop in and get them before my appointment. So I recieved a phone call ona Friday and was told my partial have come early, and I could come in during the week if I didnt want to wait. So having Saturdays off work I went in and was told they were closed. So I figured they must have had some problems because they were supposed to be open in Saturdays. So I went over after work on Monday. I work until 3:00 and have to drive 30 miles each way. I arrived shortly after 3:30 and was told no walk inside after 3:00. So now I have drove 30 + miles twice 2 times for nothing. Im not happy, they could have explained when I could come over if they only allow certain times. Partials are already paid for, and Ill go back for them, but never again.
