In the office, very nice and everyone I spoke with is friendly. Andrea and Dr Galloway were an excellent team!! No pain, I was so impressed!! Procedure was painless and quick!! The staff is very informative and takes time to answer questions and explain so I understood what I would be charged out of pocket. No hidden costs. I found my new forever dentist office!!

I started going there last year & I wish I had found them sooner. The customer service aspect is amazing. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and have a way of making you feel so at ease you hardly remember you are at the dentist. They are very organized, great at communication & always make sure the patient is involved & aware of the care plan goals. I highly recommend using them.

5 /5 Mark Ritchie: The reason for my visit to Machesney Park Family Dental was do to an insurance change. I had been seeing my last dentist for several years and was not happy about the forced change. I found the facility was very clean, and the staff members were informative, considerate and professional. The test equipment seemed to be the latest technology and used correctly. I had a full evaluation and cleaning performed and wasnt told I needed more work then required, based on my last dentist visit from six months ago. The pricing was within insurance guidelines. The work performed was thorough and completed in a timely manner. All aspects of the evaluation were explained using terms I understood. Im pleasantly surprised to have found this dental group. Im confident they will provide me the care I need.

They showed me a color graphic of my teeth which highlighted the amount of wear which has developed over the last 72 years. Wow! Very professional and friendly staff which addressed all of my concerns . Will definitely be returning for my next cleaning.

Everyone is very nice from the office girls to the dentist and everyone in between. If you are looking for a dentist that cares and is thorough then this is the place to go.

Loves Park Family Dental and Orthodontics - Loves Park Martin Solis: I was grandfathered into Dr Patel’s practice when it converted from Burch Dental. Dr Patel and his staff are kind, understanding and very patient with my questions. The quality of the procedures i have had Dr Patel is very satisfactory. That is to say I am extremely pleased with the results which align with my lifetime goals to keep my natural teeth albeit with crowns and fillings. For example Dr Patel with the assistance of his excellent hygienist pointed out to me i had the beginnings of a cavity that was able to be treated with a fluoride treatment previously unavailable in the USA. Much better than a filling,.i am sure, despite fluoride conspiracists. He also prescribed a mouth guard for sleep apnea. I am extremely pleased with this treatment as well. Not only has my daytime sleepiness and brain fog diminished, but daily tooth pain and grinding has disappeared. The only thing that i am disappointed about is this device and treatment i had to file my own claim for. It has been a frustrating and time consuming experience for me due to misunderstanding with the office staff, my insurance company and the fact i am not a claim processor. It has been over 6 months since I was prescribed this device and i yet to have been reimbursed for the full price upfront.

Rockford Endodontics- Dr. Alex C Moore D.M.D. M.S. - Rockford Amy D: If I could give 10 stars I would. I have always been terrified of dentists and avoided going until absolutely necessary. Not only were they super quick and super efficient, they were kind, understanding and supportive. I felt very relaxed, they offer aromatherapy, warm neck pillows, blankets and a warm washcloth when done. I only took advantage of the wash cloth but was nice to know it was available. Amy was beyond caring and kept my mind distracted while Dr Moore did my root canal. They are up to date with technology and procedures. I honestly can’t say enough good things about here and though I hope I don’t need anymore I would definitely go back here if or when needed. I should add as well that they were able to get me in super quickly which was amazing since I had been in a lot of pain for at least a week before finally getting it looked at.

Alfano Dentistry "Charles Alfano DMD" - Rockford kathrine bokina: Dr Alysia is probably the best dentist I have ever met. I was so nervous at the start of my appointment and she immediately calmed me with her gentle demeanor and smile. Dr Alysia explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and discussed options with me. Another practice recommended a more costly procedure for my issue, but Dr Alysia felt that was not necessary! I appreciate the honesty! I have decided today that this is going to be my go to practice. Thank you again Dr. A, you truly are excellent at what you do!

DaVinci Teeth Whitening Rockford - Rockford Jennifer Crabtree: Office was very bright and clean. Staff was wonderful and the overall process was very well described, quick and efficient. After care directions were provided verbally as well as in writing in case you needed to reference it later. Results were 3-4 shades whiter after the first round of 20 minutes and even more so after the second round. Very happy with the service and Im looking forward to my next treatment in 6 months.

Milos Dental Care - Rockford Dawn Yttrie: I will NEVER return to this lady. she did a HUGE filling, only for me to not eat or sleep for an entire week before i called them & needed to be seen to figure out why. then she proceeded to take an xray of the tooth she previously did work on (but mind you, i had a tooth pulled by her in october, where they took a full mouth xray so he did in fact have my x-rays before even filling my current problem tooth) and takes a look at the new x ray she took, only to tell me it needs to be pulled or root canal. THEN WHY DID YOU FILL IT, DR. MILO?! i went somewhere else & they in fact said they would have never filled it- they would have went straight to the root canal or tooth pull options. i havent had food in 3 weeks, ive been surviving on protein shakes because of all of this. ive now had 2 infections in the last 4 weeks due to Dr. Milos mess up.

Stewart Family Dental - Rockford Tom Windelborn: Great dentist and staff. You can tell they know what theyre doing. Its an old school family dentist, which is very hard to find, these days. Dr. Stewart is really great at communicating whats going on, as he is doing an exam, and very straightforward about recommended treatment plans to get your teeth and gums healthy. Cant recommend highly enough!

William Runne, DDS - Rockford Kim Krauss: Dr Runne was my dentist since early 2000s. Highly recommended him to several people. One time I went in for a cleaning and the girl left me with a mouthful of blood and wasnt able to eat for 3 days so I never went in for a cleaning. I had an issue and called during Covid and low and behold had a medical emergency for rib issues and was down almost 3 months. We werent vaccinated at that time and didnt feel comfortable since #s were high. Fast forward Sept we got vaccinated and had a trip planned where my elderly mom fell and broke 3 bones and I was her caregiver Oct to Dec but came home to a letter that hes no longer our dentist. Luckily we have a better dentist with an awesome receptionist that seems to like her job and is kind.

Dr. Kristoffer J. Tumilowicz, DMD - Rockford donna z: After he mismatched my 4 upper middle teeth and 3 other mismatched crowns...he blamed me for questioning him! Told me in front of his nurse I could fire him and get someone else to fix it! $9000 of work! Had it redone by Burch dental! Total disappointment! Do not recommend!

Total Health Dental Care - Alameda Roxanne Mosley: Vicky my hygienist was phenomenal! The best I have ever encountered! Her love for what she does is clear in every stroke of her tools. Thank you for making a generally tough and painful experience comfortable. This morning I woke up with no pain. Unbelievable! She did a deep cleaning and when I say she got everything..... I mean she got everything! She is razor focused yet maintains a very kind and sensitive demeanor. I loved the total experience at the Dental Office. And the Music choice is great as well...smiling with clean teeth.
