1 /5 Kim Krauss: Dr Runne was my dentist since early 2000s. Highly recommended him to several people. One time I went in for a cleaning and the girl left me with a mouthful of blood and wasnt able to eat for 3 days so I never went in for a cleaning. I had an issue and called during Covid and low and behold had a medical emergency for rib issues and was down almost 3 months. We werent vaccinated at that time and didnt feel comfortable since #s were high. Fast forward Sept we got vaccinated and had a trip planned where my elderly mom fell and broke 3 bones and I was her caregiver Oct to Dec but came home to a letter that hes no longer our dentist. Luckily we have a better dentist with an awesome receptionist that seems to like her job and is kind.

2 /5 Ashley Winterland: Referred by Dr. Ongena. Saw them once for the first time in December 2020 and was very pleased with the doctor and his assistant. Front desk happens to need some help though..I was trying to figure out a reschedule date for a cleaning I had set up in June because of my new job. "If you work for a dental office, cant you just go there when theres a cancellation?" She asks. Wouldnt you want to keep as many customers as you can?? Terrible service!!

1 /5 Tiara Magazine: I had terrible experience with this dentist and his staff. He filled my front tooth which had composite that had cracked. That original composite was done by a different dentist and it lasted 8 years before slightly chipping. Then he told me as a precautionary he should fill my other front tooth with composite since it should be redone before it cracks as well. I said yes. 3 months later that very tooth that he covered with composite completely cracked off where he did the composite. My husband who has his PhD said that you can see where the material is actually delamenating. I am horrified. I called Dr. Runnes office only to be talked down by his receptionist. Granted I want everyone to know I am 30 years old and in good health so there is no reason his composite should have come apart like that. I explained this to her. She said they would fix it this once (as in only this one time). A shocking statement considering it is their fault. I scheduled an appointment for them to fix it. Then they mailed me a letter for a refund of $130 and said my appt is canceled. So Dr. Runne cashed in on the full price from the insurance company and their idea of "fixing" their mistake is to totally take advantage of the situation and not fix my tooth. The refund check they sent for $130 is the amount the insurance wouldnt cover for a different filling on a separate tooth. They are unbelievably rude and if you want a shoddy job go to this dentist.
