5 /5 Victor Robles: My son came here or school really nervous he was shaking. You need to calm down with like a movie. There’s only songs really good but when you have a cavity a bleed a lot cleaning is good number one place and if you read the first part, they gave him a toy come here good they do a bunch of stuff I think it takes a long time it takes pressure. My teeth are like white after this never get your cavities here, but my son had two cavities and it has like three or two months and they already did another one. Can you give him a year? I don’t know why they give them so bad reviews really good in 2025

1 /5 Helen Perry: Wow!!!! Customer service is no where in this office... I would advise anyone with Medicaid, PPO, or generic dental insurance to look else were for service. I feel said for the children going here

2 /5 Lauren Perales: Their customer service is bare minimum standards- waited two months for an appointment for them to call 2 days before saying they won’t be able to see my children and either take it or leave it for an appointment either the following week or in a month. I am taking my kids elsewhere because I had to request off work for this appointment and I called another local dentist and they were able to get my girls in the following day without a two month wait ! The person who called out about the cancellation was rude there was no empathy that they had to reschedule an appointment that’s been scheduled since November of 2024

1 /5 Amanda Hare: No one ever answers the phone, no one ever calls back if you leave a voicemail. Ive been leaving voicemails for months with no call back. Finally got someone to answer and they referred me to another facility as they didnt have any openings for 8+ months. The other facility said they need a referral from Park City so I called Park City back to have them send the referral. Park City said they would call me back and let me know it was sent. Not only did I not get a call back but they never sent the referral to the other facility. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Chanlee Jonees: I’m highly disappointed in them. My oldest has been going there since one and she’s 7! My youngest had her first appointment we were late but one was at 11:00 and one was at 11:30. Time mix up, but the rude receptionist said they couldn’t be seen! Why couldn’t one be seen if the other one already missed hers not it was still only 11:20!! My kids will not return and they also double booked us from start! Then was rude when I called back after the voicemail I had. Highly don’t recommend!!!!

Alfano Dentistry "Charles Alfano DMD" - Rockford kathrine bokina: Dr Alysia is probably the best dentist I have ever met. I was so nervous at the start of my appointment and she immediately calmed me with her gentle demeanor and smile. Dr Alysia explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and discussed options with me. Another practice recommended a more costly procedure for my issue, but Dr Alysia felt that was not necessary! I appreciate the honesty! I have decided today that this is going to be my go to practice. Thank you again Dr. A, you truly are excellent at what you do!

Dr. Jennifer K. Woolery, DMD - Rockford Rj Online: Dr. Woolery is an excellent dentist. Hygienists and dental assistants provided me with quality care. Staff as a whole provided me with excellent service. I do appreciate their care. Thank you!

DaVinci Teeth Whitening Rockford - Rockford Jennifer Crabtree: Office was very bright and clean. Staff was wonderful and the overall process was very well described, quick and efficient. After care directions were provided verbally as well as in writing in case you needed to reference it later. Results were 3-4 shades whiter after the first round of 20 minutes and even more so after the second round. Very happy with the service and Im looking forward to my next treatment in 6 months.

Milos Dental Care - Rockford Dawn Yttrie: I will NEVER return to this lady. she did a HUGE filling, only for me to not eat or sleep for an entire week before i called them & needed to be seen to figure out why. then she proceeded to take an xray of the tooth she previously did work on (but mind you, i had a tooth pulled by her in october, where they took a full mouth xray so he did in fact have my x-rays before even filling my current problem tooth) and takes a look at the new x ray she took, only to tell me it needs to be pulled or root canal. THEN WHY DID YOU FILL IT, DR. MILO?! i went somewhere else & they in fact said they would have never filled it- they would have went straight to the root canal or tooth pull options. i havent had food in 3 weeks, ive been surviving on protein shakes because of all of this. ive now had 2 infections in the last 4 weeks due to Dr. Milos mess up.

Stewart Family Dental - Rockford Tom Windelborn: Great dentist and staff. You can tell they know what theyre doing. Its an old school family dentist, which is very hard to find, these days. Dr. Stewart is really great at communicating whats going on, as he is doing an exam, and very straightforward about recommended treatment plans to get your teeth and gums healthy. Cant recommend highly enough!

William Runne, DDS - Rockford Kim Krauss: Dr Runne was my dentist since early 2000s. Highly recommended him to several people. One time I went in for a cleaning and the girl left me with a mouthful of blood and wasnt able to eat for 3 days so I never went in for a cleaning. I had an issue and called during Covid and low and behold had a medical emergency for rib issues and was down almost 3 months. We werent vaccinated at that time and didnt feel comfortable since #s were high. Fast forward Sept we got vaccinated and had a trip planned where my elderly mom fell and broke 3 bones and I was her caregiver Oct to Dec but came home to a letter that hes no longer our dentist. Luckily we have a better dentist with an awesome receptionist that seems to like her job and is kind.

Dr. Kristoffer J. Tumilowicz, DMD - Rockford donna z: After he mismatched my 4 upper middle teeth and 3 other mismatched crowns...he blamed me for questioning him! Told me in front of his nurse I could fire him and get someone else to fix it! $9000 of work! Had it redone by Burch dental! Total disappointment! Do not recommend!

Total Health Dental Care - Alameda Roxanne Mosley: Vicky my hygienist was phenomenal! The best I have ever encountered! Her love for what she does is clear in every stroke of her tools. Thank you for making a generally tough and painful experience comfortable. This morning I woke up with no pain. Unbelievable! She did a deep cleaning and when I say she got everything..... I mean she got everything! She is razor focused yet maintains a very kind and sensitive demeanor. I loved the total experience at the Dental Office. And the Music choice is great as well...smiling with clean teeth.

Dream Smile Dental - Union City Terrance Gee: I had a good first experience at Dream Smile Dental. I recently moved to the east bay and was looking for a new dentist for more convenience. This place popped up and I gave it a shot. They were friendly and were very flexible with scheduling a first appointment immediately. My cleaning went very smooth and nicely with Velma and their technician taking x-rays was also very communicative and friendly as well. Overall I would recommend and was in and out after a cleaning and exam quickly.
