1 /5 Candaice Rosenbalm: While I love Dr Zak as a pediatric dentist, but the front staff, specifically Brenda ALWAYS has an attitude whether it’s about insurance change or simple questions which has now caused me to start giving an attitude back with her and dislike this dentist office in general. They ALWAYS want to put kids under for everything! My son had a procedure done to extract teeth which went fine, now a year later he now needs to go under to fill cavities?! What A JOKE! We paid $1400-$1600 for the first procedure AFTER insurance! Now wanting us to pay a hospital procedure again to put my son under just for cavity fillings?? I am sorry but find another pediatric dentist for your kids if you don’t want to constantly put kids under and pay a crazy amount for a simple cavity fill!

3 /5 Rebecca Zwettler: Dr. Zak is excellent! My daughter is usually terrified and will not let anyone touch her teeth. I was allowed to come sit with her which is important to me. The building is also very cute. My daughter enjoyed being in a tooth fairy castle and wants to come back. I never thought I would hear that! Update: After I moved, I have continued to drive an hr to stay with Dr. Zak, but I am really tired of dealing with the rude front office staff!!! Taking away stars and probably my business.

Dr. Zak is very informative, explaining all steps to my son as they are going to happen.The dental assistants are always gentle and make my son feel comfortable. The office staff is always welcoming and are so kind when we’ve had to call last minute for an appointment change. We have been more than pleased!

When I first came in I was overwhelmed and scared because I knew I had a difficult wisdom tooth, but also because I didnt want to relive the painful infection that had prompted me to make the appointment. Dr. Wirths office was incredibly easy to work with from the beginning. My appointment was easy to book and the initial appointment went well. Dr. Wirth gave me the no-nonsense explanation I was looking for and clearly explained what the procedure would look like, as well as all the possible risks. Ive never had a dentist give me such in depth information before and honestly, despite the risks, I left feeling much more at ease and confident about it. The day of the extraction I was nervous but the staff and Dr. were all calm, polite, and professional and it really made a huge difference. Even at the follow up appointment I was given an in-depth explanation of what happened and what to expect. Never did I feel stupid for asking a question, or rushed to leave the office. This is the first dental office Ive visited where I felt that way. I can understand why some people feel his demeanor might be intimidating but I had a tremendously positive experience at this office and am thankful that I received the care and compassion that I did. Thank you!

Park City Dental - Rockford Victor Robles: My son came here or school really nervous he was shaking. You need to calm down with like a movie. There’s only songs really good but when you have a cavity a bleed a lot cleaning is good number one place and if you read the first part, they gave him a toy come here good they do a bunch of stuff I think it takes a long time it takes pressure. My teeth are like white after this never get your cavities here, but my son had two cavities and it has like three or two months and they already did another one. Can you give him a year? I don’t know why they give them so bad reviews really good in 2025

Loves Park Family Dental and Orthodontics - Loves Park Martin Solis: I was grandfathered into Dr Patel’s practice when it converted from Burch Dental. Dr Patel and his staff are kind, understanding and very patient with my questions. The quality of the procedures i have had Dr Patel is very satisfactory. That is to say I am extremely pleased with the results which align with my lifetime goals to keep my natural teeth albeit with crowns and fillings. For example Dr Patel with the assistance of his excellent hygienist pointed out to me i had the beginnings of a cavity that was able to be treated with a fluoride treatment previously unavailable in the USA. Much better than a filling,.i am sure, despite fluoride conspiracists. He also prescribed a mouth guard for sleep apnea. I am extremely pleased with this treatment as well. Not only has my daytime sleepiness and brain fog diminished, but daily tooth pain and grinding has disappeared. The only thing that i am disappointed about is this device and treatment i had to file my own claim for. It has been a frustrating and time consuming experience for me due to misunderstanding with the office staff, my insurance company and the fact i am not a claim processor. It has been over 6 months since I was prescribed this device and i yet to have been reimbursed for the full price upfront.

Rockford Endodontics- Dr. Alex C Moore D.M.D. M.S. - Rockford Amy D: If I could give 10 stars I would. I have always been terrified of dentists and avoided going until absolutely necessary. Not only were they super quick and super efficient, they were kind, understanding and supportive. I felt very relaxed, they offer aromatherapy, warm neck pillows, blankets and a warm washcloth when done. I only took advantage of the wash cloth but was nice to know it was available. Amy was beyond caring and kept my mind distracted while Dr Moore did my root canal. They are up to date with technology and procedures. I honestly can’t say enough good things about here and though I hope I don’t need anymore I would definitely go back here if or when needed. I should add as well that they were able to get me in super quickly which was amazing since I had been in a lot of pain for at least a week before finally getting it looked at.
