Carmen Scott Dr. Khan and Dianna were amazing! I was very anxious and they made me feel very comfortable and the extraction was swift and painless. the only pain was from the numbing and that was quick and manageable.
I will be recommending them to anyone that needs oral surgery!

MKBConsultants Our primary dentist referred us to this office for my 4-year-old daughter. I want to be fair and start with the positive: the dental staff in the back, especially Dr. Parmar, did a great job with my daughter’s procedure. They were professional, kind, and helped ease a stressful situation. However — the front office staff completely ruins this experience.
During our first visit, the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived at 9:00 AM and weren’t seen until 3:00 PM. On top of that, the front staff’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and noticeably unprofessional. I overheard other patients quietly complaining about the same issues, including concerns about discrimination.
We were told to return another day for my daughter’s procedure and to arrive early since it’s “first come, first served.” On the day of the procedure, my anxiety was already high. We arrived first, along with another mother and child. I checked in with the nurse who opened the office and handed over the required paperwork. Another assistant arrived, asked the same questions, and I provided the documents again.
About 20 minutes later, a Hispanic woman walked in and was taken straight to the back while we sat waiting. Both myself and the other mother noticed this. When I politely asked the front desk how that happened when we were first to arrive, I was dismissed and told to “sit down” because there were “two 9 AM appointments and it’s first come, first served.” I explained again that we had arrived first, but they insisted my daughter would have to wait. This was especially frustrating because my daughter was required to be NPO (no food or drink) for this procedure.
The front staff’s attitude is completely unacceptable. They are unprofessional, cold, and act as though basic customer service is a burden. It honestly felt like walking through Gotham City to get to the good, caring staff in the back. Their behavior reflects poorly on the entire office and creates an atmosphere that feels discriminatory and unwelcoming.
Dr. Parmar and the back office staff deserve praise, but unfortunately, the front desk ruins the entire experience. It’s sad because this could easily be a 5-star office with better people handling the front end.
