5 /5 Gianna Davis: Just had my first visit to Big Smile Dental in Logan Square, and I’m seriously impressed. Dr. and the crew were super chill and made me feel right at home. I went in for their $99 new patient special—got a cleaning, x-rays, and an exam. They even have massage chairs and let you watch Netflix during the cleaning. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and they explained everything without any pressure. Definitely found my go-to spot for dental care.

The assistant Delia was very sweet and walked me through the entire process prior to seeing the dentist and was extremely helpful and professional. This was the first time Ive seen a dentist where my experience was absolutely pain free. He gave me four injections and I was still waiting to feel the first "pinch". Would highly recommend this dental office

1 /5 Philip Pearson: Expensive! I have never had to pay 50% for preventative oral exams ever until I got here. They are not upfront nor transparent about costs. Be careful and ask for a detailed explanation of costs.

5 /5 Bhaskar Manda: Probably my second review of Dr. Siegels practice, Big Smile Dental; but the last one was over 10 years ago, so it is due! Highly recommend it! Obviously I wouldnt be going here for over 20 years otherwise! Theyre highly competent and professional!

I’ve appreciated the ease and kindness of the front desk when it came to walking me through my insurance inquiries or scheduling appointments. The dental hygienists also did a great job and would provide me with any feedback, if needed, on brushing my teeth or the types of food that could cause certain stains. Dr Hagen was an incredible dentist too. He was great at explaining medical concepts and the rationale for any procedures. He was also very kind and you could tell he really cared for his patients. All in all, I would highly recommend Lakeshore Dental Studio for your dental services.

Dr. Leslie was able to fit me in right away, talked me through everything and made me feel safe. I also started and completed Invisalign with her. I thought that Dr. Leslie was extremely patient, answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me. It turned out to be a great decision and well worth the investment.
