1 /5 Danh Vu: Avoid this place at all costs. They care more about getting x rays and figuring out ways to squeeze money out of you instead of caring for your teeth. I’ve been going to dentists consistently my whole life and I know what a good cleaning is and what my main issues are. They said I had 3-4 cavities when I haven’t had any my whole life. No mention of gum issues which is my main problem I need care for. A real dentist would’ve measured my gums and done a proper evaluation. Their staff seem inexperienced and spent maybe 5 minutes cleaning teeth. This place feels like a scam and you leave feeling like you were taken advantage of. I’m posting this now because I switched dentists and confirmed my suspicions about this place. My new dentist reflected what it should be like and had evaluations consistent with my past ones I had.

5 /5 Isabella Spizuoco: Dr. Mahi and the rest of the staff are extremely nice, welcoming, and explain anything they are going to do to you. If you are afraid of dentists, they make you feel same and at ease with it. I had to go through my wisdom teeth extraction and process was very fast, simple, and amazing because of Dr. Mahi and her staff! Would definitely recommend!

Recently, I had a dental emergency, and they were able to give me a same-day appointment at their South Loop location. Dr. Mahi performed a molar extraction that took literally three minutes and was completely painless. I was amazed! Dr. Mahi and the entire team are incredibly kind, honest, and professional. I’ve never been disappointed in all the years I’ve been coming here. Highly recommend!

I’ve appreciated the ease and kindness of the front desk when it came to walking me through my insurance inquiries or scheduling appointments. The dental hygienists also did a great job and would provide me with any feedback, if needed, on brushing my teeth or the types of food that could cause certain stains. Dr Hagen was an incredible dentist too. He was great at explaining medical concepts and the rationale for any procedures. He was also very kind and you could tell he really cared for his patients. Family Dental Care - Chicago john martin: From my experience this is very much a sales organization and less of a professional practice. I was subjected to aggressive scare tactics and some pretty horrible photos of people with conditions noting like the gum recession I have. Meanwhile the dentist I was going to for the last 3 years, who moved out of state, said my gums were measuring consistently the same and my recession was not progressing. This practice will propose work you do not need. I encourage everyone who goes here to get a second opinion. Copy of my email below. Hello, I have made two phone calls and visited in person requesting copies of my dental records. The way you presented the condition of my gums in two areas made it sound like an emergency. I proactively scheduled an appointment with a periodontist as a result of my appointment with you. You recommended thousands of dollars of work to include root planing in two areas. The presentation to me was very sales like. I just had root planing done a year ago. I’m assuming this something I will need to do annually? It is federal law that you must provide me the records yet I am being told it is “up to management.” This IS NOT accurate. I was told I could pick up the records Tuesday. I could not make it. I called this morning and was supposed to receive an email form to authorize the release of my own records to myself. I never received this. I stopped by your office and was again denied my records and not even let into the office. I am requesting my records now a 4th time for my periodontal appointment tomorrow. This has been an extremely frustrating and unnecessary experience. This will all be a part of my review of your business and staff.
