Dr. Hosseini took a completely different approach… he carefully assessed my dental health and created a sustainable treatment plan to ensure lasting results. He took excellent care of multiple teeth, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Plus, his office has incredible, state-of-the-art machinery, which meant I didn’t have to come back for my crown, it was done the same day! The staff was friendly, the office was clean and welcoming, and I never felt rushed. I look forward to continuing my dental plan with him. I highly recommend Dr. Hosseini for anyone looking for top-quality, compassionate, long-term dental care!

5 /5 C: Dr. H is the best dentist I have ever encountered. He is very straightforward, is so kind and considerate and takes the time to answer every silly question I have and provides reassurance in any doubt or concern I have had. The office is equipped with the highest dental technology I have ever encountered. The detailed scans provide a view of my teeth that I have never been able see and it’s provided clarity, understanding and gave me a real grasp on my overall dental health. Even while having a “scary” procedure (extractions) Dr. H ensured I was comfortable and as relaxed as possible. The team has been able to assist in every concern or thought I have had since the procedure and the patience of not only Dr. H but the entire staff is the best of the best and truly has made me feel as a cared for patient. Could not recommend this office more, I am so grateful someone was able to refer me here.

Megan has been cleaning my teeth for I think a couple years now and shes great. Very professional. I recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

For the beginning his staff made me feel comfortable and didn’t minimize my fears. His office is truly state of the art. Dental cleanings are a breeze! Megan, my dental hygienist, was amazing today! I was comfortable the entire time. His office staff are a delight. I have and will continue to highly Aritata Dental to friends and family!

Childrens Dentistry of Lake County - Gurnee Julie Robinson: Wonderful experience! Beautiful facility and the sweetest staff. My five and seven year-old grandsonsa are so comfortable here. You couldnt ask for a better childrens dentist!

Kattner Orthodontics, Ltd. - Waukegan Josie Rubio: Great experience with Dr. Kattner. Really tik the time to explain in great detail what is going on. It felt extremely validating finally to have an explanation. He is so very transparent and that is not easy to find. I cannot give enough stars. Although this experience has been terrible, I am so thankful to have met someone like your team !!!

Comfort Dental - Gurnee George Biester: I have not had any procedures performed my Dr. Patel as of yet, so I cannot speak on that. I did however, have my first visit and cleaning today, and can easily say that this was the best dentist experience I’ve had. She wasn’t super busy (dentists always are) she took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and listen to my concerns. Major difference than what I experienced with Aspen Dental in Gurnee. That was a horrible experience. I will definitely be going back.

When I arrived, I find the office is closed and when I called their number, someone answered and told me they are closed on Fridays. What??How did they make the appointment?

Rule Dentistry - Gurnee Taylor Lerman: Visited for my first comprehensive exam. Everyone was very kind, told me everything they were doing and no surprises. I left feeling supported! Jackie the hygienist was very thorough, gentle and informative. Dr. Bradley Rule spent a great deal of time talking with me and supporting my oral plan! Everything was very transparent and pleasantly paced.

Erie HealthReach Waukegan Health Center - Waukegan Rebecca Slawin: The most annoying clinic I have ever had to deal with. They call non stop to try and make you sign up for appointments. And then when you try and cancel you can’t seem to get in contact with anyone who is competent. They talk over you and refuse to let you get your message across. I’ll NEVER recommend them to anyone.

They also make retainers and have teeth whitening options. They offer many services and are super friendly. I love this office!

Aspen Dental - Gurnee, IL - Gurnee Claudia Garcia: Beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. I chose them because they are in-network. After the service they submitted the claim to my insurance out-of network. My insurance paid but later caught the error and requested a refund for the overpayment amount only. Now Aspen is billing me for the difference. They refuse to admit their error for submitting incorrectly. I spent 4 hours on the phone between my insurance and Aspen trying to get fixed. At the end of the 4 hours an escalation was submitted. That was in January today I received a collection notice! My kids have now missed their last two appointments because I refuse to take them back until this issue is resolved. They won’t fix any billing issues caused by them. Again I called Aspen today only to be told now that my daughter is 18 they can’t give me any information. But they can bill me because the account is in my name?! My other child is a minor so I said then look at his account and surprise his bill is $0. Then I told her I needed to speak to a supervisor because she started just giving me a summary of the escalation I requested. I initiated it, I know what it was about. Then the representative started speaking in another language put me on mute or hold and 3 mins the whole time I’m saying ‘hello’ ‘are you there’ then the line went dead! Scam!!! Thieves!! If you decide to go here do not pay any bill from here until you are absolutely certain it’s legit!
