2 /5 Rae Winter: This business is good other than 1 problem I always have with this location. The flexibility of scheduling appointments isnt there. You always have to go with their schedule (which by the way you have to make in appt in advance) and if it doesnt work out for you, then the next time will be 6 months or 8 months from the day of cancellation. My experience today was ridiculous!! They cancelled my appointment because the hygienist called and sick. I understand this type of thing happens but when I was asking to reschedule, the time was very limited. Take note that this is 30 minutes before my actual appointment, not even a 24 hr notification! 2 timeframes were given to me and unfortunately it didnt work out on my end. I was told that the next appointment will be in February. My jaw just dropped and quite frankly I was very upset. I just had it with this business. They are not accommodating. You always have to go with their timeframe. In my opinion, if they cant even accommodate their current customers, then they should NOT accept any additional business. It is crazy!
