1 /5 Katie Fosburgh: I hate to leave a negative review, but others should be aware of the experience I have had. I went here for years without any problems. I have problems finding contacts that are comfortable. About 6 months after my contact fitting appointment, I called and asked to go back to the contacts I use to wear. I went to a cheaper one due to the cost. I called and asked for a paper script as Costco sold the contacts for literally ¼ of the price of the box (daily contacts). After several calls and some time later, they finally emailed me my script. They were very unpleasant when I stated I found a better price elsewhere. I then get a bill for a 55$ lens fitting, when I did not have a lens fitting through them, and a report that they billed insurance 250$, for going back to a previous lense that I used to wear! I had a fitting about 6 months prior which I did pay the lens fitting for. I called them explaining this and they said they would get back to me, and never did. I tried reporting them to the BBB, but shocker, they’re not certified with them. Great staff, but watch your bills closely and do not share that you’re getting contacts somewhere else. They charge significantly more for contacts than anywhere else and treated me extremely poorly after I told them I’m buying them through Costco.
