5 /5 Barb Baker: My daughter has Down Syndrome. I was worried at how she would do at the dentist since she had bad experiences in the past. We went to Dr. Heller and was very pleased. She talked with our daughter explaining what she was going to do and showed her the tools she was using. She did not use any loud tools to fill three cavities. I would recommend Dr. Heller and her staff to anyone with fear of the dentist. What a wonderful experience. This will be the only dentist we will take our daughter to in the future. Thank you Dr. Heller and Staff. You are the best!

5 /5 Yla Serb: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heller and her staff! First, the office is exquisitely beautiful, as well as modern and cleanly— something you definitely want in a dentist’s office! Second, as someone who is extremely naturally-minded when it comes to health, Dr. Heller and her staff have been so respectful and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. They’ve answered any and all of my questions in a kind and patient manner. I’m a strong believer in the American Medical Association’s philosophy of “patients have the right to receive information and ask questions about recommended treatments so that they can make well-considered decisions about care.” It’s rare to find doctors who respect that philosophy in today’s world— and Dr. Heller and her staff are the exception. They truly embrace this standard of practice and want their patients to feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this practice and am so thankful for them!

1 /5 Michael Dion: Well appointment 2 made this review completely different!. COMPLETE UNPROFFESIONAL OFFICE! Went in for a filling on a problem tooth they told me in November they would fill. jan 10 was my appointment. after waiting in the chair for 40 minutes an assistant came and said they would just expose my nerve with the drill work from a filling (this was not what Dr. Heller told me in Novemeber). So, they want me to go get a root canal on this tooth. I asked why they didnt just call me with thier changed mind and got no response. I left, and then was asked to come back in by the assistant. Who then said that they didnt pull my record from the Endodontist I saw till I was sitting in the chair that moring (!!!!!!!!), they thought I had a root canal done (how they would think this i have no idea). So I left, because I needed to call my endodontist and get a root canal! Two days later we get mail saying they dont wanna work with us anymore. MID CAREPLAN!!!!! This place is a farce. Heller herself is very nice and, as far as I know, she isnt bad at doing the work. But the office is a JOKE. The office staff is totally different than when I saw her in late Nov 2023. PATIENT BEWARE, they claim to be for comfort but they lie, and then when THEY lie, they blame YOU.

5 /5 Abigail Pagels: Everyone there is so friendly and thorough. I like to know whats going on and why certain things are being done and they take time to explain all of that. Dr. Heller is incredibly gentle on the teeth and kind in spirit! Not to mention the office is so clean and very chic on the inside! They are taking covid-19 very seriously which I appreciate especially in a place like a dentist office.

There have been times when Ive requested to be seen right away due to a broken tooth or a loose filling and Dr. Hume has gotten me in right away. I will continue to be a long time loyal customer.

Randolph & Associates Family Dentistry - Bloomington Hortencia Flores: Appointments are 5 months out. A few days before my appointment I was told the hygienist would not be in and would have to reschedule, but I couldn’t even get an appointment in within the month and was just asked to provide available times and days to avoid “being booked 6 months out”. Not to mention I received a call yesterday about taking an opening that same day but by the time I returned the call minutes later I was told it was taken. FYI if you cancel an appointment because of your staff you should prioritize rescheduling those patients first. I’ve waited since December and now have to look somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous

Nord Dental - Bloomington Mandi Helgeson: My family was looking for a new dentist office and somebody recommended Dr Nords office. Her and her team are absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and super patient with my daughter who was anxious about getting some work done today. From the ladies up front to the staff in the back including Dr Nord, all great. Id strongly recommend this office.

Access Dental & Orthodontics - Normal Samantha Lambros: Celi and Dr. Neely are so wonderful! Celi, like many others said helped me to stay calm during my procedure (I was every bit of nervous & terrified) and was so kind! I truly could never imagine going any other office as this staff is absolutely amazing!! My children also are seen at this office so I am thankful that my entire family can have a pleasant experience at the dentist! Not many people can say that!

Twin City Dental - Dr. Scott Todd - Bloomington Andi Morris: If youre looking for a great dental practice, I absolutely recommend Twin City Dental. Due to a number of circumstances, I had missed some necessary routine dental care and was really nervous to return to the dentist. I shouldnt have worried. From the front desk staff to my extremely knowledgeable (and gentle!) hygienist to Dr Todd himself, I was in kind, warm, professional, and patient hands. At no point was I shamed for missing care, only commended for coming back now. I got some great tips on ways to make care at home easier and more effective, had a careful and thorough checkup, and a referral for an issue that had been dismissed in the past. I appreciated the doctors perspective of just getting it checked out out of an abundance of caution, but also the reassurance that it had been stable for several years and was probably not a worry. Overall, a very well run office with a very personal feel. I felt I got honest and straightforward care. It made returning to the dentist an easy routine to pick back up.

Accent Family Dentistry - Bloomington J P: I wont go anywhere else but here for dental work and cleanings. This is the only place that can numb me correctly and everyone there is so nice. They take the time to get to know you and its like family. I used to fear the dentist and now I actually look forward to my cleanings. Theyre seriously the best!

This place has the friendliest staff and super gentle and caring Dentists! As a parent of I feel like this place really treats your kids with extra special care! Taking time to explain everything to them and calm their fears! If your looking for a Kid Dentist look no further. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Endodontists Of Illinois, LLC - Bloomington Andrea Kokotek: This was fantastic. (As fantastic a root canal can be…)! I was able to get my appointment the same day that I was referred and had the root canal completed at that time. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them in a manner I could understand. The office staff was efficient and very patient. I highly recommend them.
