1 /5 Hortencia Flores: Appointments are 5 months out. A few days before my appointment I was told the hygienist would not be in and would have to reschedule, but I couldn’t even get an appointment in within the month and was just asked to provide available times and days to avoid “being booked 6 months out”. Not to mention I received a call yesterday about taking an opening that same day but by the time I returned the call minutes later I was told it was taken. FYI if you cancel an appointment because of your staff you should prioritize rescheduling those patients first. I’ve waited since December and now have to look somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous

The old woman that works at the Billing department at Randolph Dental refuse to give me my refund after I was telling her I wasnt in their network & before they saw me anyway & billed.. After giving them $200.00. I told her I will see her & them in court. They thought I was selling wolf tickets.. Filed a motion at Bloomington Court House . The Sheriff Served them Im sure in front of their customers being embarrassed.. That they settled with me out of court that they shouldve done to begin with. Now who got the last laugh

5 /5 Jeb B: I have been a client of Dr. Randolphs for about ten years and have had good experiences. The hygienists (except for one, who is no longer there) have been thorough, skilled, and pleasant and have done excellent work. I recently needed a crown and called the front desk to check my insurance coverage, and I got concise, clear information. I saw Doc for the initial fitting, and then returned about a month later for the "experience." Doc, and his assistant, were right on top of everything, gave me the right level of pain meds, and the crown fit perfectly. Prior to having it installed, I had trouble chewing with that molar, but afterwards, it felt fine. At the end of the session, I mentioned I was doing a little paint job and asked the assistant for a couple of latex gloves. Doc said he would get me some man size gloves, and came back with a big handful. A nice bonus in addition to an excellent job. If you need a new dentist, this is the place to go.

5 /5 Joe B: After developing an emergency situation that required immediate attention I promptly called my dentist. They informed me that they might be able to see me in a week or two. So I called another local dentist which was next on the list I found online and they informed me that they MIGHT be able to see me by September. Then I called Randolph and Associates and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. I had an appointment booked for the next morning and ended up having the procedure completed before 10am. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I have had procedures done by 4 different dentists and Dr Todd was by far the most skilled and quickest. A true professional. Thanks again you guys are life savers!

5 /5 Elad Y: Finding a good dental clinic is not easy - I was lucky to find the best (for me anyhow). OK... Im not used to posting reviews about dentists (who is ?). I love everybody there - from the receptionists to the wonderful dental staff. Its a cute climic, clean and inviting - and doesnt have the scary medieval vibe that many dental clinics have. Yes, even if you are scared of dentists, you would love that place, guaranteed. My dental hygienist is super nice and thorough. Dr. Gray and his assistant were the best I could ask for: professional, precise, gentle and very kind. Dr. Randolph seems to be quite the same. I couldnt be happier !

Access Dental & Orthodontics - Normal Samantha Lambros: Celi and Dr. Neely are so wonderful! Celi, like many others said helped me to stay calm during my procedure (I was every bit of nervous & terrified) and was so kind! I truly could never imagine going any other office as this staff is absolutely amazing!! My children also are seen at this office so I am thankful that my entire family can have a pleasant experience at the dentist! Not many people can say that!

Twin City Dental - Dr. Scott Todd - Bloomington Andi Morris: If youre looking for a great dental practice, I absolutely recommend Twin City Dental. Due to a number of circumstances, I had missed some necessary routine dental care and was really nervous to return to the dentist. I shouldnt have worried. From the front desk staff to my extremely knowledgeable (and gentle!) hygienist to Dr Todd himself, I was in kind, warm, professional, and patient hands. At no point was I shamed for missing care, only commended for coming back now. I got some great tips on ways to make care at home easier and more effective, had a careful and thorough checkup, and a referral for an issue that had been dismissed in the past. I appreciated the doctors perspective of just getting it checked out out of an abundance of caution, but also the reassurance that it had been stable for several years and was probably not a worry. Overall, a very well run office with a very personal feel. I felt I got honest and straightforward care. It made returning to the dentist an easy routine to pick back up.

Accent Family Dentistry - Bloomington J P: I wont go anywhere else but here for dental work and cleanings. This is the only place that can numb me correctly and everyone there is so nice. They take the time to get to know you and its like family. I used to fear the dentist and now I actually look forward to my cleanings. Theyre seriously the best!

This place has the friendliest staff and super gentle and caring Dentists! As a parent of I feel like this place really treats your kids with extra special care! Taking time to explain everything to them and calm their fears! If your looking for a Kid Dentist look no further. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Endodontists Of Illinois, LLC - Bloomington Andrea Kokotek: This was fantastic. (As fantastic a root canal can be…)! I was able to get my appointment the same day that I was referred and had the root canal completed at that time. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them in a manner I could understand. The office staff was efficient and very patient. I highly recommend them.

Chestnut Family Dental - Bloomington Marissa Tyler: Don’t have an emergency.. because they will make you call every day to find a cancellation! I have a back tooth that is infected and causing pain in not only my mouth my my whole face radiates.. I waited months appointment to just pull the one tooth so the severe pain will stop. Asked if I could be a few minutes late for my appointment NEXT WEEK and she literally said “oh that sucks, hope everything works out for you.” I love Dr Kelly so much and she recommended me this dentist office but I will would rather pull the tooth out myself and go to the hospital then try and make another appointment with chestnut dental!!!!! So irritating that I’m in so much pain and they don’t care.

Dr. Janet Bardell - Bloomington Lucy Mardis: I do not like to go to the dentist and was very comfortable with Dr Cunningham. Dr Bardwell took over his practice and I was hesitant about a “new” dentist. She is gentle, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend her office to anyone looking for dental care, especially anyone who dreads the drill!
