C J One of the good ones. Pilots in general are usually pretty good and this one is a goody. Nice large clean showers. When youre next door to a water tower, youre gonna get good pressure. The store and parking areas were clean as well. They have a Dennys plus their PJ Fresh options including pizza. Late morning and mid day, the place was pretty empty. 14 showers available. Lots of parking even when its late.

Toni Nielsen I went to Grand Dental because my 20 year old crown broke off. Dr Katy Correa explained all my options. I decided to pull the tooth and replace it with an implant. Dr Katy made the extraction painless. She even followed up with a phone call to make sure I wasn’t in pain the next day. I’m now waiting for my new implant to come in. Dr Katy Correa has been wonderful as well as the staff. I’ve been a patient for several years and have never had a bad experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a smiling staff member. All services are explained with costs up front. The hygienists are all great! Not many people enjoy going to the dentist. Grand Dental makes it less stressful.

Stacy is a hygienist there that I have seen several times and she always makes the visit feel a lot less stressful. cynthia lyne I BURST INTO TEARS leaving Smile League Dental, Joliet, Il. today— tears of JOY!!!! Yes, yes I did. Dr. Mo (and her staff) is the smartest, kindest dentist I have ever met. I’m not the only one to make this statement either—the elderly gentleman in the waiting room brought it up & said the same thing (how smart & kind the dentist/staff is here, best he’s ever had), to which I emphatically agreed! Can’t quite put into words just how wonderful this place really is. And I promise I know what I’m talking about— my family and I have spent a small fortune on dental work (we all have had “problematic” teeth) over the last 50 years. Not only that, I’ve only done 3 reviews in my life. I’m not writing these things up “‘right’ & left”, but when I feel they’re REALLY DESERVED, for good, or bad, I just have to take the time (no matter how precious it is, time, to me, and it is!) If YOU have ANY, ANY hesitation for calling and going to a dentist (i.e. new client & need an emergency appointment THAT day, $$, wheelchair bound, “problem” child), just ANY hesitation at all, I suggest you call this office & do it quickly. I foresee the amount of patients they can take on being filled quickly. I’m glad I’m in! Great job Dr. Mo & the Smile League Dental Staff. You should be proud! Porsha Fawn I recommend smile league! This dentist accepts state insurance, has nitrous gas available, works with all my children with patience from my one year old to my ten year old. Never a long wait and have always had quality care and time with the Dr to discuss any questions I had. We drive about an hour to get to the office but we always feel cared for and so well keep coming back!

Impressed with their technology. The Dentist examined my oral condition & notified me of 2 cavities, so when I go back today for the cleaning and cavity repairs I will review again for that treatment. So far a-okay.

dave ragazincky Five stars, I know, right,? So let me to tell you why I give Aspen Dental a perfect rating. My dentures broke when I dropped them. The problem is I had an upcoming date. So I called Aspen dental their Peru Illinois office. They understood and made an appointment the next morning for me. They were very courteous and went through the normal procedures, impressions were made and I met with not only the doctor but their insight lab technician. She had an idea, if I was willing to come back twice that day theyd have my impressions made complete with teeth. They fit perfectly and will be completed by 10 A.M. tomorrow morning. From start to finish 24 hours, I couldnt have expected such expedient services. And my date, well shes not going to be able to tell the difference as they look perfect. Thank you Aspen Dental for saving the date!

Chey Burkhalter I had a really good experience with them today. Had all of my upper remaining teeth pulled and they did a quick job. They also numbed me up so well and the dentist and dental hygienist were super nice people. Also I’m only wearing my temporary dentures but I’ve already gotten quite a few compliments from friends and family. I can’t wait to see what the final pair looks like

Kristy Aukes Very disappointed in the service I received here today. I went in for a cleaning and ended up walking out before they could finish. The hygienist scraped my teeth and flossed then said she get the doctor. I asked if she was going to polish my teeth and she said I did. I said no you did not and she shows me a half empty container and says see I did. I think I’d know if she had polished them. Then asks do you want me to do it again I said I wanted them polished but with new supplies so she waves all the new supplies in my face and says see all new. And then proceeds to just tap each tooth on the bottom and says are you good now. I’m just shocked at the treatment by her. I tried talking to the doctor but he backed her by saying the little cup is half empty so she must have. This was the worse treatment I’ve ever had anywhere and I’m sure they’ll bill my insurance for full payment. I pulled my family from this office and we will go somewhere we can trust and is more professional. ******* This is absolutely what happened in your office to me on this last visit. I don’t know why your hygienist treated me the way that she did. My family has been going to this office for years with no issues and we liked it there. But on this visit she Absolutely did not polish my teeth and then was not nice when I questioned her and I tried to talk to your son and I got pretty much the same treatment. And for you to say it is untrue is also wrong without even talking to me about what happened. I have never even seen you.. I have no reason to make anything up and I have absolutely nothing to gain. You had someone walk out upset and no one bothered to check on me and talk to me about what happened. Your hygienist though if you would listen should be reprimanded for how she treated me it was degrading and disrespectful. People should absolutely know how you really care for your clients. She could have easily made a mistake given (according) to her you don’t have enough hygienist and you have taken on more clients since some dentist in the area retired since I was last there when I ask why I could no longer get a six month visits and everyone could only get in once a year.

Heidi Main I feel like I am at home when I visit Dr. Safranski’s office. Receptionists are always very friendly and personable. Ann was my dental hygienist and she was amazing!! She took her time and did not hit any of my sensitive areas with the dental pick. I was very pleased as I always am with the care I receive when I am there. Dr. Chris has very good bed side manners as well. He is very knowledgeable and soft spoken. Does not make you feel uncomfortable at all. He truly cares about his patients.

Jadelyn DePaul This dentistry corporation not only has given dental operation to somebody very near and dear but has also failed to realize that the operation has caused a great debt to a low income family. A lifetime of smiles will charge you thousands of dollars for an operation and it is not worth the time or money for their services. If there’s no payment on a designated time suing will be in debt, a bond is posted if you miss a court date. Ultimately say the head of a household with children needs dental care ASAP, you will then be taken in and if there’s no money to support a dental fee this cooperation will take it out of the bank account that is supposed to pay for the roof over a head. A lifetime of smiles will not care if the operation was faulty and will sue anyway, possibly rip a family apart. It is not a lifetime of smiles when the father of a family is behind bars for money over teeth, so get the right dental coverage.

Ian Beiersdorf Dr. Dinas office is sincerely top to bottom the best pediatric dentist office Ive ever been in. They are so good with the children that there was no stress or anxiety with our daughter going to her first dentist appointment and her first cavity filling. We were also stressed as parents but in the end our daughter even said it was fun and cant stop talking about " the tooth doctor". I recommend Dr Dina to everyone in the area.

sallee zearing What a great place! My 3 year old son went for the first time and had an awesome experience. He felt so comfortable that he walked right to the back without any looking back! He got to pick produce from their garden (what a great idea!) and he was so busy playing that I had to entice him out of the dental room with his “surprise bag.” He loved his toy car! But, best of all, he got excellent service and a clean smile! Dr. Lunken was thorough in her review and gave me good advise on how to brush his teeth and how to get enough calcium in his diet. Lastly, the reception staff was extremely helpful and understanding when having to reschedule! Looking forward to our new visit!

Jamie Pruitt Upon arrival, noticed office was quite busy, which means they have a good reputation. Waited awhile then they called my daughter back. I waited in the clean, family oriented waiting room for about an hour. I was then called back and the girls explained what dr did and they addressed my questions very professionally. Dr came in and went over everything very clearly. I then spoke to someone about cost/expenses for my daughter’s braces. Everything was extremely well explained. Five stars all the way around!

Garry Emmons AMAZING! Our oldest daughter suffered from breathing and sleeping difficulties since birth. We consulted with ENTs and allergist however we didn’t want to put her through major surgery. We had the pleasure of talking with Dr. Kunnel who suggested expansion. He talked with us about the research that has been done and explained every step of the process. 2 days after starting expansion our daughter started getting more restful sleep. Tossing and turning was reduced by 40% within 3 days. From beginning to end Dr. Kunnel and his staff treated us like family. We are truly thankful!

Julie D Highly recommend Dr. Lee Ceresa. He and his staff are so warm, personable, and friendly - as if they know you personally. If you want a pleasant root canal experience, choose Dr. Ceresa! I did not experience any pain at all during the procedure and Dr. Ceresa explains in nice detail what takes place. My fear of ever needing another root canal is gone!

Jeff Kuenneth If you need a root canal you need to see Dr. Ceresa! I traveled from Bloomington to Peru because there were no in-network Endodontists in Bloomington. I could not be any more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Ceresa is excellent at explaining things and extremely good at what he does. Some people talk about how painful and uncomfortable it is to have a root canal, but my experience with Dr. Ceresa was that it really wasnt much worse than a cavity or a crown. His office staff and assistants were very friendly, nice, caring and easy to work with. There were no issue with billing and the cost/fees were explained very well up front and were very reasonable considering the time and effort that goes into completing a successful root canal. As I previously stated, I could not be more pleased with the care I received and would not hesitate to return to Dr. Ceresa should the need arise.

Carol DeMoss Dr. Ceresa cares deeply for his patients. When I was told I needed a root canal and was given 2 options of endodontist in the area, I didnt hesitate to go to Dr. Ceresa as he had previously performed a root canal on me 10 years ago. He had left such a good impression on me and gave me a positive memory. He explained the procedure and put me at ease from start to finish. All of the staff went above and beyond to put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Connie Oneal The staff was amazing. Dentists and oral surgeons have always made me feel anxious but I was met by the very sweet receptionist as soon as I walked in. The dental hygienist was sweet and thorough and gave great aftercare instructions. Dr Lavieri was so nice from the start. He made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was totally numb before starting and he was talking me through the whole extraction which didn’t take but a few minutes. So glad I chose this place!

kasandra mandujano Horrible experience for my grandma!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. She had to get a tooth removed and it was the most horrific experience for her. Doctor was not compassionate and does not care about his patients feelings. He uses old style techniques. My grandma needed x-rays and they never gave her a x-ray apron. She asked if she could get one and they responded “we don’t use them here”. When she was getting her tooth pulled out she was SCREAMING in pain. She can handle pain pretty well but she did not have enough sedatives to numb the area. We would not recommend anyone to go here.

Jeff Bogner Went to have tooth extracted. Doctor was very rude, made comments about my medications and how I spelled one. Unprofessional! Shaky hands. Very rough and did not use enough anesthetic even tho he knew I was in pain, he yanked the tooth out. Was in more pain than when I went in. This guy should not be practicing! Highly do not recommend!

He told her, "Maybe if you have a rich Grandparent?" He did absolutely nothing for her. What a DISGRACE. There should be a negative star for this rating.

Munchies & Crunchies I am so happy our family found Dr. White! He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. My young sons did not do well at other dentists, but they were all smiles with Dr. White and his hygienist! It was such a great experience. After he was done with his cleaning, my oldest (5) told us he wants to be a dentist when he grows up. I think that says it all!

Allie I visited IVOMS as a returning patient for implant placement in my two lateral incisors on the top in May 2017. Dr. James Vaiana placed both implants and things seemed fine for awhile, before I realized one had failed in early 2018. I had to get a third opinion before I was made aware of the fact the implant had been placed directly against my front tooth, causing substantial bone loss that risked me losing the rest of my front teeth at 22 years old. I went under for maybe 6 more surgeries, one of which he changed the procedure to a rare one without my consent while under sedation. He performed ramus grafting, in which he cut a chunk of my lower jaw out and drilled it into the front of my face. Upon review a year or so later, the bone was never actually attached to my skull and was openly visible and floating at the front of my gums, as seen in the photo attached. I had to undergo extensive and intense reconstructive surgery of my gums by a top oral surgeon elsewhere who was able to correct this horrendous job. In October 2024, I realized that the other implant was showing official signs of failure, and contacted the dentist who got me out of the malpractice mess last time, and he was able to confirm that the same thing was happening again. This implant was placed at the very front of my gums, almost missing my upper jaw entirely (as seen in the photo attached). The fact that you didnt see metal protruding out of my face was absolutely incredible. This resulted in me having emergency reconstructive surgery AGAIN, and the entire process has cost me over $30,000 to correct. Dr. James Vaiana not only broke my trust in the greatest way, but he stole my smile, my confidence, and my ability to even eat. I truly believed for a period of time that he had my best interest in mind, but I learned too late that he did every single surgery negligently. I would not with this pain, trauma, and financial destruction on anyone. Dr. James Vaiana does not deserve to be licensed, and I pray that no one else goes through what I did. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. He absolutely destroyed me in every way possible over the last 8 years and even into my future, and I will NEVER recommend people going here as a former dental professional and as a former resident of the IV.

Lisa D Upon arrival, payment in full was required BEFORE procedure. I was not allowed to accompany minor patient for procedure. During procedure Novocain was administered and was painful. Patient was crying and assistants were laughing. Patient stated there was still pain and Dr. continued. Patient was upset and not prepared over bloodied gauze and assistants were laughing again. NO follow up call even though the minor patient left in pain and in tears. Dr. Vaiana and staff showed no empathy for the patient.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and the nurse and assistant were caring and didn’t get upset when I was having issues with my IV. I was nervous but everyone reassured me I was in good hands. Everything went well and the office even called a few hours after my surgery to check in on me. Amazing service. Worth the wait!
