1 /5 Kristy Aukes: Very disappointed in the service I received here today. I went in for a cleaning and ended up walking out before they could finish. The hygienist scraped my teeth and flossed then said she get the doctor. I asked if she was going to polish my teeth and she said I did. I said no you did not and she shows me a half empty container and says see I did. I think I’d know if she had polished them. Then asks do you want me to do it again I said I wanted them polished but with new supplies so she waves all the new supplies in my face and says see all new. And then proceeds to just tap each tooth on the bottom and says are you good now. I’m just shocked at the treatment by her. I tried talking to the doctor but he backed her by saying the little cup is half empty so she must have. This was the worse treatment I’ve ever had anywhere and I’m sure they’ll bill my insurance for full payment. I pulled my family from this office and we will go somewhere we can trust and is more professional. ******* This is absolutely what happened in your office to me on this last visit. I don’t know why your hygienist treated me the way that she did. My family has been going to this office for years with no issues and we liked it there. But on this visit she Absolutely did not polish my teeth and then was not nice when I questioned her and I tried to talk to your son and I got pretty much the same treatment. And for you to say it is untrue is also wrong without even talking to me about what happened. I have never even seen you.. I have no reason to make anything up and I have absolutely nothing to gain. You had someone walk out upset and no one bothered to check on me and talk to me about what happened. Your hygienist though if you would listen should be reprimanded for how she treated me it was degrading and disrespectful. People should absolutely know how you really care for your clients. She could have easily made a mistake given (according) to her you don’t have enough hygienist and you have taken on more clients since some dentist in the area retired since I was last there when I ask why I could no longer get a six month visits and everyone could only get in once a year.

1 /5 interdome: Was a customer untill I needed to come in for an emergency. I called 3 times while in pain and they called me back hours later to tell me they sent my account to collections for 150$ and couldnt book an appointment.

5 /5 Heidi Main: I feel like I am at home when I visit Dr. Safranski’s office. Receptionists are always very friendly and personable. Ann was my dental hygienist and she was amazing!! She took her time and did not hit any of my sensitive areas with the dental pick. I was very pleased as I always am with the care I receive when I am there. Dr. Chris has very good bed side manners as well. He is very knowledgeable and soft spoken. Does not make you feel uncomfortable at all. He truly cares about his patients.

5 /5 Brenda Wrobleski: One of my bottom teeth cracked while I was away for work. During the days I was away I also lost a piece of tooth and my filling. I called to make an appointment for when I got back. The office person was so kind and helpful. She squeezed me in the day I got back home. I had a few X-rays taken and Dr Dave was able to review the X-rays and see the tooth while I was there. He gave me a couple options for the next best step. I really trust his wisdom and guidance for my teeth. I love my dentist and all of his office staff. They are the best.

5 /5 R. Janke: Always friendly! And neither my husband nor I have ever had any issues with any dental work weve had done there (and my husband has had more than I have....) Theyre "easy" on you, too. When you get a cleaning you dont come out with sore gums.....and anything more in depth, they make sure youre good and numb! Highly recommend! (..... if you can get an appointment...... theyre THAT good!)
