5 /5 Jeremy Masters: My appointment for my 6 month cleaning was excellent. The dental hygienist was very joyful, and she did a great job explaining each step of the appointment & cleaning process. For the majority of the cleaning process, she used a state of the art tool that uses water rather than the traditional metal instrument that requires more pressure & abrasive force. I found the new process to be much more pleasant. Their front desk staff was very friendly & pleasant as well.

We weren’t the most happy the first few years but now all the new staff that we’ve experienced the last couple of years have been great! The dental hygienists are great at what they do (with new gentle equipment!) & have been really wonderful with my kids. They are excited to be apart of the “no cavity club”! The new dentist was friendly. Has only been there for a couple of weeks. We didn’t have any dental concerns and are looking forward to returning in 6 months!

5 /5 Devu Nair: I am going to Signature Dental for my regular cleaning from last 1.5 year. I will say it is the best dental clinic I have been so far. Before that I went to any clinics which my insurance covered, but every time they just completed cleaning within 5-10 mins and will ask to go for detailed cleaning and which will cost over. Here, they will never ask you to go for any extra procedure and they will do their best. The hygienist which I am seeing here is very patient and take her own time to clean the teeth and tell upfront if there is any issue. whole staff very friendly. Pros - They will never tell to go for any extra procedures. Experienced and friendly staff. Very professional I would suggest others to give Signature dental a chance, they will not exceed yours expectation.

My prior dentist were giving me a hard time and they still did everything that they can to help me knowing I have big concerns over my wisdom teeth. I loved my experience of care and how I got all my questions answered. It really is a relief from what I gone through from my last dentist area. Just started at this practice in 2023 but love going there. They are friendly, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and painless!

The Foehr Group - Bloomington Violet Ray: Ive visited this office twice now, and both experiences have been excellent, especially my initial appointment. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the start. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I understood everything before proceeding. During my second visit, the doctor efficiently filled two cavities, and I was impressed with how quick and seamless the procedure was. Unlike experiences Ive had at other offices, my bite felt perfectly aligned afterward. Capodice, Efaw, Ocheltree & Elger, PLLC - Bloomington Jessica Ifft: The office staff were very polite and professional. I do not do well with the dentist and they were very good about keeping me calm and moved along very quickly. Dr. Capodice and his staff were great! My appt was at 7:30 and was out of there by 9. I had no pain where the tooth was extracted.

There have been times when Ive requested to be seen right away due to a broken tooth or a loose filling and Dr. Hume has gotten me in right away. I will continue to be a long time loyal customer.

Randolph & Associates Family Dentistry - Bloomington Hortencia Flores: Appointments are 5 months out. A few days before my appointment I was told the hygienist would not be in and would have to reschedule, but I couldn’t even get an appointment in within the month and was just asked to provide available times and days to avoid “being booked 6 months out”. Not to mention I received a call yesterday about taking an opening that same day but by the time I returned the call minutes later I was told it was taken. FYI if you cancel an appointment because of your staff you should prioritize rescheduling those patients first. I’ve waited since December and now have to look somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous

They were very friendly and super patient with my daughter who was anxious about getting some work done today. From the ladies up front to the staff in the back including Dr Nord, all great.
