Dr. Capodice and his staff were great! My appt was at 7:30 and was out of there by 9. I had no pain where the tooth was extracted.

I chose to stay awake during the procedure, and he kept me informed on what he was doing with each step and when he was almost done. I felt he really cared and made it a quick, uneventful procedure.

Affordable & great instructions & supplies for after care. 6 years ago I had gone to a different facility (a franchise) where I was not given any pain management or after care products & paid well over $1k. The comparison between my two experiences is night and day. The staff here was amazing, explained everything & made sure I had everything I needed.

Hortencia Flores: Appointments are 5 months out. A few days before my appointment I was told the hygienist would not be in and would have to reschedule, but I couldn’t even get an appointment in within the month and was just asked to provide available times and days to avoid “being booked 6 months out”. Not to mention I received a call yesterday about taking an opening that same day but by the time I returned the call minutes later I was told it was taken. FYI if you cancel an appointment because of your staff you should prioritize rescheduling those patients first. I’ve waited since December and now have to look somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous

Andi Morris: If youre looking for a great dental practice, I absolutely recommend Twin City Dental. Due to a number of circumstances, I had missed some necessary routine dental care and was really nervous to return to the dentist. I shouldnt have worried. From the front desk staff to my extremely knowledgeable (and gentle!) hygienist to Dr Todd himself, I was in kind, warm, professional, and patient hands. At no point was I shamed for missing care, only commended for coming back now. I got some great tips on ways to make care at home easier and more effective, had a careful and thorough checkup, and a referral for an issue that had been dismissed in the past. I appreciated the doctors perspective of just getting it checked out out of an abundance of caution, but also the reassurance that it had been stable for several years and was probably not a worry. Overall, a very well run office with a very personal feel. I felt I got honest and straightforward care. It made returning to the dentist an easy routine to pick back up.
