Kaitlin Freundt I had to switch the date of my appointment, so I had to see a different dentist. I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the years, so I was apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. I saw Dr. Stevens, and he and his assistant (I don’t remember her name unfortunately) were the friendliest, most personable team and instantly made me feel so comfortable. After my appointment, I requested to only see Dr. Stevens going forward. Ask to have him do your cleaning your next appointment!

I greatly appreciate his patience and concern with me and he helped to get that bad tooth out to get rid of the pain I was having. karma chameleon My entire family went a few years without seeing a dentist (mostly due to lack of insurance) and we were all nervous about going back. Dr. Khan was kind, informative, gentle, and understanding to each of our individual situations and needs. The assistant while we were there was Julissa, and she was wonderful as well. They were both easy to talk to, encouraged questions, and informed us of the importance of a better dental hygiene routine without making us feel like we had already failed completely. The service was also very fast, and we spent maybe two minutes in the waiting room. I also like that you can easily schedule an appointment online and pick your own dentist. 10/10 recommend!

Kimberly Logan We had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Natalie, she was very professional, personable and very caring for my son and myself. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She was more than willing to hear our thoughts and fully informed us on everything that we needed during the visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and well rounded in her field, and we are very thankful to have been referred to her practice. We had a Better visit with her for the first time than we did in all 10 years that he was seeing a pediatrician at Hahn pediatrics in Tinley Park.

Ina Cazacu I have the utmost respect for Dr. Natalie—she is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. However, my experience with the billing department has been less than satisfactory. The process has been confusing and frustrating at times, and communication could definitely be improved. I hope they can work on streamlining their billing system to match the high level of care provided by Dr. Natalie.

ashleigh nichols I was very excited to go here with my children. We were happy to self pay or go through our insurance for annual visits. The from desk was pleasant. The new patient coordinator was horrible and mean. She told me off for trying to schedule an appt that day and said doctor will not see us unless we agree to come for all our needs(I haven’t even began there!) she told me I had to register all of my children and bring them all(without knowing if I even had more than the one!) very demanding, demeaning and unkind. I feel bad for the owner because she is probably unaware how heinous her patient coordinator is

Carrie Updyke Ive been a patient of Dr. Gaspards for many years and I highly recommend him!!! He always greets me and ask how Im doing and listens. Hes gentle during the exam and when working on my teeth. Always patient with me if I need a few seconds break when drilling my teeth, which helps calm my nerves. Only performs necessary dental work. Jody did an excellent job for my teeth cleaning, friendly with a gentle touch during cleaning. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful with my billing questions.

The hygienic team work quickly, are thorough, always answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Singh is also very thorough in explaining any dental issues or complications, she has squeezed me in for emergency visits even though they are very busy and has a very gentle touch ! I really appreciate this practice and highly recommend them. My 5 and 3 year old daughters are now patients here as well, and handled with a calm manner and patience. DIANE BARRY Dr Del Carmen is always wonderful, thorough, and realistic. I feel great knowing my dental needs are in her hands. All of the dental hygienists are great too! You can tell they take their job seriously. My only complaint is the “front desk” staff. They don’t make eye contact, don’t appear friendly, and NEVER answer the phone. I don’t know what they are doing but I’ve never once been able to call and have someone answer the phone which is frustrating.

Charles Murrie I have been to many dentists, oral surgeons, and people that have said they only do dentures, trying to get my "original smile" back. Dr. Del Carmen and her team have helped me finally achieve the look and fit Ive been wanting for the last few years. Dr. Del Carmen took her time and gave me a set of dentures that not only look great and function well, but they have brought a confidence back that had been lost, and I will forever be grateful for her and her team. I would give Dr. Del Carmen and Modern Dentistry 10 stars if I could. She is truely a skilled artist and will treat you as good as I have been. Highly reccommend!!

Patricia Creighton I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Manus Dental in Yorkville was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. I originally went in for a simple cleaning, which turned into an absolute nightmare. Without informing me, they included a fluoride treatment that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I was then told I needed a crown on a tooth that would also require a root canal. I scheduled the root canal at their office, and during the procedure, the dentist broke my tooth beyond repair. I was told it now needed to be extracted and replaced with a permanent bridge. I was given a quote that detailed what insurance would cover and what my out-of-pocket costs would be. With no real choice, I moved forward. After paying in full for the extraction and bridge, I thought the ordeal was over—until I received a surprise bill in the mail for an additional $677. When I went back to the office, I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the bridge after all. I contacted my insurance company and was informed that Manus Dental had submitted a claim for a two-tooth bridge, which was incorrect. I returned to the dental office to explain the mistake and requested they correct the documentation. They never did. For over six months, my insurance company and I attempted to get the proper paperwork from them. Manus Dental either refused or failed to provide it.

I have a very inflexible work schedule that requires me to travel for almost every weekday, so I would not have been able to reschedule my dental appointment for several months. Andrea N Dr. Pink and his team are amazing! The procedure I had done went flawlessly because of the care I received from Dr. Pink and his assistant. Everything was explained in great detail prior to the procedure and for my aftercare treatment. Both receptionists were also wonderful in helping look into my insurance question and working to schedule a follow-up appointment that would work with my schedule. I would highly recommend this establishment if you need oral surgery.

Ken Rogers My wife and were looking for a new dentist and decided to give Dr. Patel a try we had our first appointment 4/17 Dr. Patel seemed very nice. However the experience I had with the hygienist was the worst Ive ever had. She was very rough she had no respect for my old sensitivity teeth never once asked how I was doing if she was hurting me or not. Spraying the rinse water all over my face down my neck and everywhere. Ive had been going to Dr. Hynek for 45 years before he retied and all the hygienist in his office never treated me for such disrespect. I hope my next experience is better.

Dr. Kim was very attentive and explained every process very thoroughly to helped me feel more comfortable about making decisions on different treatment options.
