5 /5 Kimberly Logan: We had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Natalie, she was very professional, personable and very caring for my son and myself. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She was more than willing to hear our thoughts and fully informed us on everything that we needed during the visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and well rounded in her field, and we are very thankful to have been referred to her practice. We had a Better visit with her for the first time than we did in all 10 years that he was seeing a pediatrician at Hahn pediatrics in Tinley Park.

1 /5 Ina Cazacu: I have the utmost respect for Dr. Natalie—she is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. However, my experience with the billing department has been less than satisfactory. The process has been confusing and frustrating at times, and communication could definitely be improved. I hope they can work on streamlining their billing system to match the high level of care provided by Dr. Natalie.

1 /5 ashleigh nichols: I was very excited to go here with my children. We were happy to self pay or go through our insurance for annual visits. The from desk was pleasant. The new patient coordinator was horrible and mean. She told me off for trying to schedule an appt that day and said doctor will not see us unless we agree to come for all our needs(I haven’t even began there!) she told me I had to register all of my children and bring them all(without knowing if I even had more than the one!) very demanding, demeaning and unkind. I feel bad for the owner because she is probably unaware how heinous her patient coordinator is

5 /5 Trent Beck: Nurse Practitioner Kim was great. This was the first appt my wife and I had with our son at Whole Child; the 4 month checkup for newborn. Answered questions and concerns great; vaccine friendly and open to parents discretion. Also, provide resources for education too. So far so good!

Hes gentle during the exam and when working on my teeth. Always patient with me if I need a few seconds break when drilling my teeth, which helps calm my nerves. Only performs necessary dental work. Jody did an excellent job for my teeth cleaning, friendly with a gentle touch during cleaning. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful with my billing questions.

Prairie View Orthodontics - Oswego - Oswego Amy Braun: We had an amazing experience with my son’s new orthodontist! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Tanya was absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. John is fantastic! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we never felt rushed. The office is clean, professional, and genuinely warm. They came highly recommended, and now I understand exactly why. So grateful we found them!

Sweetbriar Family Dentistry - Galesburg Pam Pickrel: Very nice, friendly and compassionate people from the receptionist to the dentist. Dr. Welty is always willing to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. Best place in town in my opinion.

Knox Family Dental - Galesburg Laura Williams: Took my son for his first dentist appointment and the hygienist Jen was fabulous with him. She made sure he understood what she was doing, showed him all the tools, and talked him through every step. He wasnt scared and actually enjoyed his first visit. Dr. Collin has a great staff.

Aspen Dental - Galesburg, IL - Galesburg saed diaz: Dr Kumar and Heather the hygienist took really good care of us. I really appreciate them explaining so much to us. Everyone that works there were really nice to us and we’ll definitely be back. I think management should hire more workers, it’s hard to get in touch with them and they have to work with you quickly to get to the next patient because they are so busy, that’s not the employee’s fault. Despite that, the employees try their best to give a good service, they deserve a raise!

Galesburg Family Dental - Galesburg Josh Huyck: I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning. If this persons customer service skill are the face of your business, being that she’s the first one you talk to if you are looking to go there, this sets a very bad standard. Needless to say I would not recommend much better options in the same area.
