5 /5 Carrie Updyke: Ive been a patient of Dr. Gaspards for many years and I highly recommend him!!! He always greets me and ask how Im doing and listens. Hes gentle during the exam and when working on my teeth. Always patient with me if I need a few seconds break when drilling my teeth, which helps calm my nerves. Only performs necessary dental work. Jody did an excellent job for my teeth cleaning, friendly with a gentle touch during cleaning. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful with my billing questions.

Thank you for being so great and I’m so happy I chose to come here. Dr. G was Super nice and caring as well. I didn’t get to talk to him for very long, but I could definitely tell that he is a good person with good intent, right off the bat!

1 /5 TC Jackson: I have been generally pleased with this office for a number of years until recently. I received at least three texts in the past week that they require two business days for reschedules or will charge $75 fee. IMO that is excessive and unneccessary. Also at my appt they took what felt like 30 xrays. Im not sure of the exact number but he was going to just keep going so I told him that was enough. Ive never had problems with cavities as an adult so why the need for so many?? It made me concerned to have so much radiation going into my face. I dont know why but this place has changed for the worse imo. I wont be going back.

She made sure he understood what she was doing, showed him all the tools, and talked him through every step. He wasnt scared and actually enjoyed his first visit. Dr. Collin has a great staff.

Aspen Dental - Galesburg, IL - Galesburg saed diaz: Dr Kumar and Heather the hygienist took really good care of us. I really appreciate them explaining so much to us. Everyone that works there were really nice to us and we’ll definitely be back. I think management should hire more workers, it’s hard to get in touch with them and they have to work with you quickly to get to the next patient because they are so busy, that’s not the employee’s fault. Despite that, the employees try their best to give a good service, they deserve a raise!

Galesburg Family Dental - Galesburg Josh Huyck: I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning. If this persons customer service skill are the face of your business, being that she’s the first one you talk to if you are looking to go there, this sets a very bad standard. Needless to say I would not recommend much better options in the same area.
