Today I was in the office and everyone- including Anaiz, Sandra, Reggie, Yvette, Daisy, Yasmine, Leslie, Clarissa, Tanya and Vicki make such a great team! They work together and that gives the office such a great vibe. On top of it - my teeth are getting straight and I never thought at 58 this could be. Thank you Team Prairieview Orthdontics!

5 /5 Mallory Lyn: I found it as a nice experience, I started here about the time I was 13 and I wasn’t very fond of most orthodontists, with most treating you like a child or babying you. This place though had a different feeling, with a more comfortable approach personally, after two years with them, I found having braces not as bad as they said it would be, and they would try their best to ease any pain if there was any, the people are extremely nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend

Aspen Dental - Galesburg, IL - Galesburg saed diaz: Dr Kumar and Heather the hygienist took really good care of us. I really appreciate them explaining so much to us. Everyone that works there were really nice to us and we’ll definitely be back. I think management should hire more workers, it’s hard to get in touch with them and they have to work with you quickly to get to the next patient because they are so busy, that’s not the employee’s fault. Despite that, the employees try their best to give a good service, they deserve a raise!

Galesburg Family Dental - Galesburg Josh Huyck: I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning. If this persons customer service skill are the face of your business, being that she’s the first one you talk to if you are looking to go there, this sets a very bad standard. Needless to say I would not recommend much better options in the same area.
