Gabriela Robles Really great experience. They were able to accommodate me for a same day emergency. I don’t have dental insurance so I was able to buy a very cost effective annual plan that gave me a pretty decent discount for my emergency service. Office was extremely clean and modern. Very friendly staff and they all seem pretty happy working there. So grateful I found my new dental home.

Tracy Olivieri Very disappointed in the administrative staff at this dental practice.
The clinical team is great, and I am exceptionally happy with my aesthetic filling Doctor did for my front teeth. However, the admins are unprofessional, and unorganized.
I could type up a whole thing about how rude, inconsiderate, and neglectful they are in detail regarding the situation and the several missteps along the way that have lead me to write this review.
The administration does not detail the notes of when you call or what you discuss, their 3rd party answering service may get your phone number wrong so you wont get text reminders of your upcoming appointments, and when they have billing error on their end you will be disregarded.
While I called and asked for a callback from a manager to review my account, I have not received one. They technically owe me $47 due to incorrect billing on their end, but I will get no where with them as they do not have a shred of accountability behind their front desk.
Again, great clinical team, but their admins are a sloppy nightmare. Happy to cancel my cleanings and find a different office I would be comfortable to refer people to.
UPDATE: Did receive a call from the office, only to ask if I wanted to cancel my next appointments, which per my previous phone call I already asked that to happen. I asked if they were going to discuss my account concerns, but that receptionist didnt have that information and said Christina would call me back in just a few minutes. After several hours I did get a call back, which after some back and forth it was deemed that since the staff was not trained enough and did not process the discount program at the time of my daughters first appointment that it could not be backdated even though I paid MORE than the cost of the program. Christina then tried to shirk off my concerns by saying the difference is minimal, however it is the principle of the matter that if my daughter had her program active, it would have saved money on that day THEN covered her next cleaning and when I got my plan it would have also received a 5% discount.
I know it is under $50 that I am upset about, but the core of my disgruntlement is the disregard of my concerns and lack of accountability to make it right. Even while fully acknowledging that the fault is that the receptionist on that day was undertrained. With how my account stands, I would have to pay another $300 for my daughters next cleaning, when it would have been included in the program I thought she was signed up for as it was explained MULTIPLE TIMES in great deal as a cash paying patient over the phone prior to our first appointment.
Please find a different office, because if there is any concern you should feel comfortable with a staff that is willing to work with you to make something simple like new staff and human error correct.

Lee Snook Great! The professionals at the office really listened and talked to me. I felt that the dental care was very thorough and, of course, painless. An enjoyable visit all around.
