Having braces has been a challenge but they have always been super kind to hom when he needs emergency adjustments from his chewing habits. They always go above and beyond for their clients.

She referred me to Dr. Stith who was able to get me in that morning. The staff was so WONDERFUL and caring! They could see Id had a tough morning so far (seriously ugly crying) and did everything possible to make me comfortable and calm. Dr. worked with me to find an anesthesia that was appropriate for my situation, and repeatedly assured me that he would "get rid of the pain." He did! Courteous, caring, and professional.

Envision A Smile Dentistry - St. Charles Tim Barnes: WARNING! I paid the total quoted amount from my own pocket for implants and properly expected my insurance benefit checks. This office filed incorrectly with my insurance and had them pay them instead. Now, they wont give me that money. Theyve been paid in full PLUS my insurance benefits! I tried to discuss this with them and was given the run around and havent gotten a definitive response in two weeks. I have no recourse except to take this to the proper Illinois authorities. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
