It was a challenging experience for me due to past trauma and the nursing staff was so kind and understanding throughout.
Fanny took the time to speak with me on a phone call and answer my several questions, and also made sure to be there for my surgery because of my anxiety. I also had Angie day of surgery, who was very patient and supportive and offered me a hand to hold.
Dr. McKnight was also very good. He is professional and explains things clearly, and is available after surgery through text at any time of day with quick responses if you have questions or concerns.
