She explained the treatment plans and gives you alternatives. So happy to meet Monica, my new hygienist. Stacy was able to clean my husbands teeth to perfection. So happy they are IN NETWORK again. (When I made the appointment, Theresa, took my insurance information and when I walked in told me exactly what they covered) UPDATE: 5/6/2025 Came in for the first of 3 crowns. Great experience ( said no one ever) but this WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Dr. A took her time and explained everything BEFORE she started. While I needed more novacaine, and a special device to hold my tongue out of the way, Dr. A was very patient with me. THANK YOU for getting the first one started. Will review after the permanent crown is installed but so far so good. Thank you to all the staff at this office.

North Aurora Smiles - North Aurora Jessica Taylor: North Aurora Smiles is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Before coming here, I was terrified of the dentist. Dr Aziz has been my dentist for the last 10+ years is simply the kindest, most gentle, yet thorough dentist. He doesn’t recommend unnecessary work, and is extremely gentle.. my kids love him too.. All of the hygienists are friendly and do a GREAT job- I especially love Jackie. :) I know they accept many kinds of insurance and we’ve NEVER had issues with billing -which is not the case for many other dental and medical offices.. Overall, if you’re looking for a dentist that is great for the entire family- in a beautiful state-of the art setting- one who really cares about you and will take great care of you, then this should be your go-to place!

Keven P. Arnold, DDS, PC - St. Charles Brittany Reidsema: Dr. Arnold has been my dentist for over 10 years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! He is incredibly thorough, kind, and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that puts me at ease. Recently, I needed my first crown, and I was pretty anxious about the procedure and Dr. Arnold and his assistant made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and he took great care to ensure the perfect fit. His skill and attention to detail are truly unmatched! My husband has been seeing Dr. Arnold for over 30 years, and now our six-year-old daughter is also a happy patient. She always has great things to say about her visits! The entire office is warm and welcoming, and Lynn is especially kind and helpful. "The couches in the waiting room are extremely comfy, but I only waited less than 5 minutes" Megan was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She does an amazing job every time! St. Charles Dental Care - St. Charles Andy Bischof: I have had my share of tooth issues and seen a few different dentists in the area before finding Dr. Smith. He is hands down the best Ive been too. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in his diagnoses, putting his patients at ease. He does excellent work and stands behind it. He explains in detail and spends the time needed to answer any concerns or questions you have. If you have an urgent issue, Dr. Smith and his office work together to solve the issue in a timely manner. Dr. Smith and his office professionals are excellent.

Geneva Dental Laboratory - Geneva Marco Colella: This dental lab is top notch. Family owned and everyone is fantastic. Jeff is an absolute master at shade matching and provides a full service lab. They are an asset at handling complicated cases and difficult shade matches and cosmetic cases. Highly recommend!

Krause Donald E DDS - Kankakee Laurie Gauthier: Been going here my entire life. I love that they know me by name, and no hassle when I go in. The work is fantastic. Hes even fit my husband and I in on his days off. I have never had a problem with any of the work hes done for me.

Main Street Dentistry - Bourbonnais Madonna Schweigert: I am a new patient, have seen Dr. Derrek 2 times both times a good experience as he explains as he goes, professional, all staff members friendly from start to finish. What I like is no wait time to get more nervous about the experience.

Richard Nicklas, DDS - Kankakee Hailey P: I have Tori (extra bone under the tongue area) that always made getting dental pictures/xrays a pain and painful. In fact my old dentist mentioned trying to refer me out to get them removed. I switched dentists, as I moved, and I’m so happy I did. They have state of the art technology and their panorama machine was able to get the xray/photos no problem and no pain! Very thorough with their cleanings. 10/10

Aspen Dental - Bourbonnais, IL - Bourbonnais Rick: Everyone was very helpful and professional. But I was really astounded to get a $1,000 bill for X-rays and a deep cleaning. Ive never paid that much for anything in that realm before. I hope it was worth it because Im on a fixed income and that was a pretty big blow. The hygienist was very friendly and very professional. I just wonder about the price.
