My teeth were cracked and missing. Dr Kay and Dr Jabri’s staff were above and beyond making a nervous dental patient comfortable. A Treatment plan was developed and WOW. Making a big difference in my life.

My family and I have lived in many states so have experienced many dentists over the years. Dr. Skidmore and his entire team are dedicated to creating the friendliest atmosphere around where the total patient experience is top of mind. Dr. Skidmore is about as honest and forthright as they come! Whenever I leave the office, I ALWAYS feel truly cared for and that my best interests as a patient were considered. Please do yourself a favor and schedule a visit with this office!

Randall Ridge Dental: Dr. Bryan Cichon, DDS - Geneva Atomyk Pimp: I’d totally stay away from this place! When I went in for a teeth cleaning. I had to move rooms twice cause the lady was too incompetent to run the equipment and had to wait to ask like three people to help. Then the 1940’s X ray didn’t work to by the time they fixed it. Supposedly the were out of time to clean my teeth. Instead they tried to convince me everything in my mouth was in need of fixing, when the prior month had no issues. All I wanted was to get a chipped tooth fixed and they couldn’t schedule a day that worked. The day I had off? Nope wouldn’t do it. This place was a horrible experience and never went back. I called and cancelled to appointments a day later and then got this hate letter to take my business elsewhere. So I recommend take YOUR business elsewhere just like Me!

Hamilton House Dentistry - Geneva Lisa KS: We had a dentist we loved but when they stopped accepting our insurance we had to find another dentist. I wanted to find someplace close, and in-network, of course, which lead me to Hamilton House. I gave them a call and they were able to fit in my two children almost immediately. The first appointment for cleanings went fine. My son had a cavity so we went for a follow-up appointment that went ok, primarily because he had no idea hed be getting a shot so the tooth would be numb. There were lots of tears, but he made it through. He is deathly afraid of shots so me not telling him about the shot could only work once. When I brought them back for follow-up cleanings six months later, I was told my son had another cavity. This appointment is where things started feeling off. 1. They told my daughter (age 7) she could have two toys out of the treat bin for a good appointment. Dr. Samuels told my son (age 9) he could only have one toy. Now, this isnt a big deal, but if you have kids you know you cant treat siblings differently. My son started crying and the dentist told him that maybe he could have a second one if he had a better appointment next time. 2. I asked to speak Dr. Samuels privately for a moment and told her that my son is deathly afraid of needles. I asked if she could use nitrous oxide to help him relax, because I wasnt sure hed react well to the shot. She told me that a. She doesnt believe in using nitrous b. It was my job as his parent to make sure he knew he would be OK and to be prepared for the procedure c. She has treated multiple autistic people (!!) whod been able to deal with the shots so she was sure my son could as well. Honestly, I was so flummoxed by her response, especially invoking her care for autistic people, that I almost didnt book the appointment for the filling. The day we went back for the procedure I did my best to calm my son down and he was OK when he went back to the room. (Before you ask, I was not invited back to the room with him.) But then I could hear the tears start. A couple minutes later he was hysterical. At this point, Ewa, the dental assistant, came to get me. She set a timer and told me I had 5 minutes to calm him down. When the timer went off and he still wasnt calm, it was time for us to leave. Dr. Samuels was not in the room at this point and did not reappear to talk to us. We were not provided with any advice for what to do about the cavity that needed to be filled. I cancelled future cleaning appointments at Hamilton House and booked my son for a follow-up consult at a pediatric dentist. We sent over the x-rays that had been taken at Hamilton House. When we got there, my son had a quick appointment where they said they found no signs of decay - no cavity - and there hadnt been a cavity present on the x-ray either. I would not recommend Hamilton House for children. While Joy, the receptionist, and Ewa, were very kind, I cannot say the same for Dr. Samuels. Her beside manner with children leaves a lot to be desired.

Geneva Dental, Ltd - Geneva Laura V.: If youre looking for a skilled dentist, warm environment, and quality care, this is where you want to go. I went in for my first appointment today and knew right away that I had made the right choice. Dr. Tingzon is super thorough and makes sure each patient gets the care they need. My whole family goes to Geneva Dental, Ltd. From root canals and cavities to denture work and basic hygiene, Dr. Tingzon has done amazing work for all of us. On top of being very knowledgeable, and making sure you understand her process every step of the way, shes also very kind and super funny. She and her staff were friendly and warm and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Great experience! You wont regret it.

Elite Dental Specialists - St. Charles Kristy Molander: Highly recommend. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Offices feel high tech and relaxing, not clinical. They explained everything and constantly checked in on my comfort during a tricky root canal. Took a lot of anxiety out of the procedure and procedure went quickly without feeling rushed. Dr. Called from his personal phone after hours to check in on me. That spoke volumes.

Illinois Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Geneva Zoe Wegerich: I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Haddle. He did an excellent job calming my nerves and thoroughly addressing all of my concerns, which was a huge relief since I was extremely anxious going in. The entire staff was also very helpful and friendly, making the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Haddle and his team!

Second Street Dental - St. Charles Heather Chizzo: We absolutely love Second Street!! Every single person who works there is so kind and personable. They are great about getting you in in an emergency and always makes you feel like they truly care about you. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Krizek Dental PC - Geneva Karen Comstock: I have been using Dr. Krizek as my dentist for so many years and have never had a better dentist. Dr. Krizek is the best dentist our family has ever had and I am 67 years old. He takes the time to do teeth correctly and cares about his patients. My mother is in Texas and will be flying to IL for him to do the bridge she needs done because he is so detailed and the lab is good that he uses. I just thought it was time to say thank you!

St Charles Family Dentistry - St. Charles Stephanie Pajeau: Dr.Dana and Dr.John are very accommodating. The office staff is so friendly and makes you feel like family. My daughter, who is three, and I had our cleanings with Lacey. She was absolutely great and even better with my daughter . We couldn’t ask for a better place to go to for our dental needs .
