We came to APD and they were able to do both of my children at the same time. My son has Autism Spectrum Disorder and they were so accommodating, he has a lot of sensory issues and they took time and communicated what they were doing and when, he really felt so comfortable and actually enjoyed the visit with how fun they made it. The front staff is fabulous, the hygienists and Dr Mara were incredible!! So beyond thankful to have found such an amazing pediatric dental office.

Their dentist tried to gaslight me, belittle me, and bully me for asking general questions regarding their “treatment plan” that, come to find out, my child didn’t need. The owner, yelled at me, hung up on me, and tried to gaslight me when I calmly tried to talk to her about the problem I had with one of her dentists. BEWARE of this place!!! There are better pediatric dentists out there.

Leticia Vasquez Dr Coleman and his dental assistant was absolutely amazing when it came to pulling my sons tooth. He explained everything so clearly to my 8 year old son and made the environment safe and calm. My son felt no pain when the tooth was pulled and enjoyed picking out a movie during the procedure. This dental office is 10/10 I highly recommend any child and their family to experience this great place!

William Zimmerman If I could put more stars, I would. Dr. Moody is the best. I go in completely stress fee and the discomfort is minimal for root canals. Staff is great. The equipment is top notch. I wont go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

Elmers Concert Meyer I love my hygienist Sandy.....she’s careful, meticulous...and very pleasant as she’s cleaning my teeth. She also gives me gentle advice as to the areas in my mouth to which I should be paying a bit more attention when brushing and flossing. Dr. Moody is also very pleasant and shows me the areas which are going to need some extra work. I appreciate both of them.

Dianne Luna My husband and I were traveling to St. Louis in our motorhome to visit family and I began having pain in my jaw. I thought I had an infection, so I called several dentists in the area on my insurance plan for an appointment. Ginger Creek Dental was the only provider who could see me right away the next morning as we hadn’t even arrived in town yet. They got me in quickly the next morning and diagnosed it as a muscle spasm in my jaw and provided me with a prescription. They also billed my insurance directly! This was the first time I have ever had to seek medical services on the road. All of the staff were so kind and helpful! I am so grateful for Ginger Creek Dental! Thank you!!

A friend of mine recommended me to try Ginger Creek due to their sedation options and how friendly the workers are. I am happy I took her up on it. From the girls up front, to the assistants, the ladies who clean your teeth, and the doctors.. I’m very impressed. I highly recommend them. Also helpful that they have different specialists at the office, limiting getting transferred out of the office to another for anything outside of general dentistry.

I appreciate his dedication to taking care of people! Super easy to schedule and quick to get into as well. Everyone there is efficient and great at what they do. They are all personable and easy to work with! I lost my voice and was able to text to get everything set-up without issue. I have a terrible anxiety about dentistry after a few bad experiences with other providers. Dr Hyten and team make the experience easy and address questions and pain management issues skillfully.

Lady Lexism Absolutely love Dr. Borden, super patient and sweet. Works amazing with my teen with a dentist phobia. He is very personable and would talk me through everything. Very happy we found him! My teen walked out very confident and better than his last appointment! I like how honest and realistic they are about procedures. We also got word that Dr. Borden recently invested into a virtual reality headset for his customers that has shown positive significant improvement for people with dental phobia! Can’t wait to hear how it goes! Highly recommend. His staff is very friendly and his assistant is very sweet!

Angus Crome Dr Borden is always great, but a lot of that comes from his staff. They are very attentive, and careful during routine and non-routine procedures. Have been using his practice for 20 years, and 7 years before he bought it. They have stood the test of time, and I have always been very pleased with their outcomes.

Tim R I had a root canal done by Dr. Ryan. She was extremely courteous and professional. The best part was I felt nothing. Ive seen some of the older reviews, and I saw none of the negativity. I did hear, however, there is new ownership, so this may play a role in the change. To say Im pleased with the work done by Dr. Ryan would be an understatement. Thank you for the pain relief!!!!

Elisa Martinez Got an appointment scheduled by my primary dentist. I needed a dentist that did sedation. My office checked they checked everything was confirmed. Front desk called staying they couldnt do sedation unless I went to an appointment before and if I hurried i could get established that day. I risk out of my house new to the area stay going there and they call when Im about 5 minutes away staying they cant help me because they do not do sedation. Very unprofessional why doesnt staff know whats going on? Why have me rush to a non appointment only to tell me they cant help me. I heard good things about this clinic but staff was not accommodating but rude. No empathy no kindness. Why make me drive 30 minutes just to be called back to say they cant help.

Chris m The office depends very high down payments before seeing you. They will not pre authorize their consult l, but perform different X-rays that may or may not be covered. High lack of transparency. Would not recommend.

Lauren Shoe 0 stars if I could. This dude caused my dental anxiety to return worse than it’s ever been. I appreciated him getting me in quickly due to a dental emergency; however, basic empathy would have been appreciated. Nothing like being stabbed in infected gums several times without any numbing gel. And then looking in my mouth for less than 10 seconds at a follow up appointment when I had serious concerns was the last straw. I’d look elsewhere.

Lauren Moore My son had his wisdom teeth out yesterday and Dr. Hyten has exceeded our expectations. The office staff is very kind and helpful. Cost was explained upfront. The procedure was quick and painless. My son loved Dr. Hyten and he made him very comfortable with the procedure. He is recovering very well. I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else. The office even called this morning to check on him!

cristy dalton I found Dr. Hyten to be very kind and explained everything to me. I have a super hard time getting numb on the lower, but he was able to and I didn’t feel a thing. The staff was also kind to me. Thank you Dr. Hyten, I would definitely come back if I ever need another wisdom tooth exttacted.

Lauren Shoe If you have a dental emergency, go somewhere else. They do not care if you are crying in pain calling daily… only until a doctor calls and suddenly they can get you in that same day. He redid a badly infected root canal while complaining about people expecting him to have openings during the entire procedure. I ended up having to get it extracted elsewhere because it was still infected and they wouldn’t get me in to check on it…Just kept wanting to give me more antibiotics over the phone. After my extraction elsewhere, they said there was still residue that should have been removed during the root canal. Absolute nightmare.

Scout Driver I had an amazing experience here. I had to get a root canal and was referred here by my regular dentist. I have dental anxiety and have had terrible experiences at other dentists in the past. Everyone at Edwardsville Endodontist was SO nice and comforting. They went above and beyond. They explained everything and were so gentle. Even though root canals arent necessarily comfortable it was a smooth and easy process. I had very minor soreness when the numbing wore off but it was pretty much painless. Grace & Dr Etcheson were so great. I highly recommend going here.

Susan Marshaus I just had root canal post extraction and a dental implant . Thankfully, my dentist sent me to Dr. Etcheson. He was very comforting and did a wonderful job. I was in and out in an hour and twenty minutes. His staff is amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Great experience and so happy I went .

John Dunn Had my consultation and paid the $75 fee. Nothing mentioned about this going to insurance. Then a few weeks later I had surgery and paid at time of service. I was sent a bill weeks after the second appointment for an additional $167 that I was not made aware of. This was for the original consultation. Super frustrating to get another bill after I had paid in full at time of surgery. I hate hidden charges. Make your patients aware of this at the beginning.

Daniel Cook Was set for a consultation 1st of May after explaining Im experiencing severe pain they moved me up to today. Went in and they explained that it is going to be a painful process due to how my jaw and tooth structure is but they would try and make it as least painful as possible. Have yet to set up date for extraction but I am looking forward to having this done and instead of having one or two teeth removed they recommended all six of my bad teeth three of which are wisdom teeth get removed. Very pleased with the staff at bi state ofs

George Bolla Rude staff, hidden fees, and poor business practices. We were told over the phone that the consultation fee was $85 NOT $280 without insurance. During consultation an appointment opened up for the next day but they didn’t have cost information yet. We made the appointment. The next morning they called with the price and it was 4x other places so we cancelled our appointment. Since it wasn’t far enough in advance, which was impossible since we made the appointment the day before, they hit us with a missed appointment fee. When we spoke to them on the phone getting g the price and then canceling, the lady was rude. Even paying over $300 for just 1 consultation plus paying for the procedure at a different provider, I still saved a ton of money.

Michael Hurt I highly recommend anyone in the area see Dr. Breckner. The office is very nice and clean and everyone I worked with there was wonderful. I initially went to Dr. Breckner for a root canal and subsequently for regular cleanings. He identified some structural issues with my bite and put a plan in place to remediate those issues. It wasnt cheap, but he and his team worked with me to provide a solution I could afford and scheduled procedures to ensure my insurance would cover the maximum amount. The procedures and cleanings themselves always went well and I always felt comfortable because everyone I worked with was friendly and made it a point to communicate exactly what they were doing and why.

Dave Winkel Harvey and his staff are caring and professional. Harvey is very experienced with general dentistry and I understand he is quite good at his specialty, Prosthodontics., Fortunately, Ive not had to use his specialty..... yet.

Geezer Jr. To be clear, Dr. Breckner and his staff seem knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Im having a difficult time with their initial consultation fee of close to $300. Ive been referred to several similar dentists in the greater St Louis area for my dental needs and none have even come close to charging this much. Now for the kicker - 4 months after I paid the nearly $300 consult fee I received an additional bill from them for $21. Quite a shock to say the least!! Needless to say I will not be returning to them for my future dental needs, and I have a lot to be done after my accident. The $21 additional bill about blew me away.....
