1 /5 John Dunn: Had my consultation and paid the $75 fee. Nothing mentioned about this going to insurance. Then a few weeks later I had surgery and paid at time of service. I was sent a bill weeks after the second appointment for an additional $167 that I was not made aware of. This was for the original consultation. Super frustrating to get another bill after I had paid in full at time of surgery. I hate hidden charges. Make your patients aware of this at the beginning.

5 /5 Daniel Cook: Was set for a consultation 1st of May after explaining Im experiencing severe pain they moved me up to today. Went in and they explained that it is going to be a painful process due to how my jaw and tooth structure is but they would try and make it as least painful as possible. Have yet to set up date for extraction but I am looking forward to having this done and instead of having one or two teeth removed they recommended all six of my bad teeth three of which are wisdom teeth get removed. 1 /5 George Bolla: Rude staff, hidden fees, and poor business practices. We were told over the phone that the consultation fee was $85 NOT $280 without insurance. During consultation an appointment opened up for the next day but they didn’t have cost information yet. We made the appointment. The next morning they called with the price and it was 4x other places so we cancelled our appointment. Since it wasn’t far enough in advance, which was impossible since we made the appointment the day before, they hit us with a missed appointment fee. When we spoke to them on the phone getting g the price and then canceling, the lady was rude. Even paying over $300 for just 1 consultation plus paying for the procedure at a different provider, I still saved a ton of money.

5 /5 Treo Salon: I can’t say enough about Doctor Hammon! My 12 year old had to have an extra tooth under the gum removed. He was absolutely amazing! He’s a younger guy and very cool (as my son said). Clicked very well with my son, Abe. I received a phone call from him personally after hours just to check on him and see how he was doing. He also made sure to contact our orthodontist before hand to make sure everyone was on the same page with what needed done. The nursing staff was also wonderful and very sweet. Highly recommended!

5 /5 BRENDA WETZEL: Nothing but praise for Dr Heidenreich and his staff. My son needed 4 wisdom teeth and a molar removed. The roots on some were near or at the nerves. This in itself was tricky. Dr Heidenreich explained all of this completely to us with the best options. It went so smoothly No problems and I was amazed at the little amount of pain my son had afterwards. Along with the professional aspects the girls and Dr were amazing with my son. He has a disability that makes it very difficult to interact. They were patient kind and actually brought something out in him. It made him realize there are good people out there. Thank you so much for the best dental experience and I know my daughter will be here in the summer for her wisdom teeth removal! If you want knowledgeable, caring oral surgery please check this place. I’ll go nowhere else.
