Anthony Stone I absolutely love Dr Carla and her staff. They really do what they can to take care of you. As someone with a visual impairment my past experiences at the dentist werent always the greatest. Dr Couri and her staff are the only Dental professionals I felt most comfortable with and if you are visually impaired and cant really see what theyre doing Comfort is very important. If youre looking for a dentist and staff that really take their time for you to help and care for you then I would highly recommend this office. I know Im not going anywhere else unless I have to. Be ready for a laid-back and down-to-earth atmosphere.

Dixie Palm-Leis This place is such a blessing to me and my husband. I had a tooth emergency and Dr. Anna was able to take care of me. My front cap had fallen off and she and her awesome team got me right in and got me a temporary tooth so I could smile again! I have been taken care of from the phone appointment to the financial office, this team was professional and the dental equipment is state of the art! I would recommend anyone to this office for any and all! May God bless them all!

Karen Surratt All workers and the dentist were very nice and friendly. I was greeted when I went in and received a very nice welcome gift bag. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and patient when doing all the new patient X-rays. The lobby was clean and comfortable (with a wonderful fragrance), and my wait was only about a minute. Since the dental practice my records were sent to after my previous dentist’s office closed would not transfer my records, Smalltown Dental said they would not charge me for the new X-rays if my insurance wouldn’t cover them. I was very surprised and thankful!

Brittany Welch My hygienist was great. There was no dentist in the office, she had the afternoon off which I did not know about before my appointment. She said the dentist would call if she saw a problem with my x-rays and bring me back in for another appointment which would have been inconvenient. I haven’t heard anything so I’m assuming the x-ray was normal. Who knows. Seems like an odd way to practice.

Travis Mitchell Had a very good experience with Associated Oral. Was super nervous of course. Financial plans and expenses were laid right out in front of me at the desk. I was heavily sedated and woke up with all four wisdoms taken out. One of which was broken and had been causing me so much pain for a year and a half. I already feel better. Wish I had chosen this place sooner. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing oral work. Can use care credit of course up front. Or they have their own financial plans you can go through. Had appointment at 7 am and they were prompt with the time. Woke up a little after 8.

River Pax Glad I got my wisdom teeth surgery done with Associated Oral. I was nervous for the procedure, but it went smoothly. I was most nervous about the IV, but my nurse got it on the first attempt and I am grateful for that. I recovered well and I went in for a post-op with some pain a few days later and they got me in the same day that I had called. My surgeon James Pledger III did a great job, I would recommend him. Thank you to all the staff who made it a good experience!

Rick Knisely Ive had multiple procedures here over the years, from wisdom tooth extraction to implants. Staff from front to back have consistently been helpful, informative, and friendly. The actual work has always been noticeably efficient, which speaks to ongoing training and skill. I am the involved and inquisitive type, and staff and surgeon are always patient and thorough in explanation.

Brenda Gibson I just had a 6 month checkup/cleaning. The dental hygienist/tech was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. I like the fact that she took her time and made sure she did a proper cleaning (the best ever) My teeth felt so clean and polished. The Dentist was very thorough also in his exam and addressed any issues.

He is a very caring person, as he asked about how we were doing after a serious accident 18 months ago. After he examined me, he patted my shoulder and said he would pray for us. She explained every aspect of my oral hygiene needs. She explained every single step of my cleaning, while doing a very thorough, and gentle job. Anna Li I just had a great experience for my first root canal treatment here last week, I was really nervous but Dr Barkley made sure that I was comfortable, he explained everything before we started the treatment and gave me a head up for what he was going to do every step of the process, I had 0 pain throughout the whole thing, he was very gentle and professional. Can’t forget to give the front desk lady a big shout, she was the nicest, she got me in as soon as she had cancellation and offered me to send my insurance information in , very thoughtful person. Von Years ago this is the ONLY dentist I trusted. Staff was always super nice and attentive. However, it seems a LOT has changed considering the fact I called this morning to set up an appointment for my son that is in pain (for an extraction) the lady placed me on hold, I waited literally 15 minutes on hold. No one came back to the phone at all so I hung up and tried to call back and was sent to voice mail. Thanks for the professionalism and courtesy, I really appreciate it! I pray whoever answered the phone has the worst Thanksgiving ever!

liv went here a few weeks ago and safe to say it was the worst experience ever. unprofessional staff, rude staff, they dont care about you only your money. dr aldadah baby talks everyone and speaks to you like youre a literal child. do not come here find somewhere else.

Adri Disgusting. They numbed my entire face, 6-7 shots. Not once did anyone say it was CASH ONLY. they made me wait until someone brought up the money after numbing my entire face… why even start the procedure??? Then when we spoke up about how rude they were they told me to leave. Numbed my entire face and sent me away without even working on my teeth. Terrible and negative energy in there. Don’t go here!

Rick Brewer Just had my first root canal, Was not looking forward to this procedure, It turns out the worst part of the whole thing was me worrying about it. Once I arrived The professional staff who were all extremely friendly took great care of me. Denise checked me in with a smile , Amber took me to the chair where I expected a-lot of pain, then Dr Benjamin came in and was very professional and courteous, The procedure was painless , Dr B and Amber took great care to make sure I was comfortable at all times . Gregory Smith Just back from a root canal this morning at Midwest Endodontic. The dentist and staff were terrific. Incredibly professional and organized. Dr. Fabian is incredible. He and his assistant Amber worked beautifully together. I was always aware that my comfort during the procedure was a primary concern. Ive had root canals before (in another state) but never as perfectly orchestrated. And Nikki in the front office was prepared with instructions for my recovery. Its hard to think of a root canal being a positive experience but if you need that type of dentistry, this is the place to do it.

Rebecca Morris This was one of the most pleasant experiences of getting a root canal done. Caitlyn and Dr. Stephen Benjamin were incredibly attentive to my numbing needs. I also really appreciated that they had a TV right above you and headphones! Never thought of having that before and it was really calming and allowed me to focus more on it rather than what was happening in my mouth. Receptionist Denise was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone and in person. The facility also has signs that encourage you to speak with the staff if you are anxious at all. They do truly have your best interest at heart and just want to help you out. Hopefully I wont need another root canal, but if I do I will surely return here!

Alan Lugo One of the most expensive dentists in town, not in network for BCBS. I came here for a couple years based off a recommendation. I dont have anything negative to say about how competent they are as dentists and hygienists, but they have a policy where they wont clean your teeth if you dont pay for the expensive x-rays when they determine you need them, even though they will book your appointment and send you 10 text messages that week and never once mention that before they will do any further care on your teeth you need to get X-rays without any advance notice or any estimate of the cost of the x-rays they are forcing you to get. My last cleaning appointment i walked out because they said they would not give me my normal cleaning without taking the X-rays. Some businesses lose the feeling of care and you start to realize you are just a means of revenue passing through their scheme of the insurance system to make money. If you have insurance that pine glen is in network for then its probably fine to go here. If not, the costs of going here are just too high.

Amee Jada We love Pine Glen!! Office is clean and kid friendly!! Our 9 and 3 year old loved the hidden fort in the waiting area!! The hygienists were extremely friendly and made our kids feel comfortable. My husband and son saw Dr. George for their check ups and she is Amazing!! She is friendly, gentle and thorough. The staff puts the needs of the patients first and never make you feel like you have to get unnecessary treatments or procedures like some doctors offices have in our past. Driving to Peoria from Normal is worth it, to get the treatment and care level that we had at Pine Glen!

Cydni Clearly this place is not concerned with the importance of diversity in the workplace. Not one person of color works here, not one dental hygienist, not one records clerk not one secretary. Little to no clientele that are not white. Owners appear to satisfied with the money they are making off their traditional preferred patients than evolving into 2024.

1 2 Dr. John Steinwedel is great. He was recommended to me by my trusted Peoria dentist who retired. My mother had 2 lower front teeth that cavities had eaten away in front to the point where a crown or implant seemed necessary. I watched Dr. Steinwedel artfully fill those cavities in such a way as to restore their beauty and natural contours w/o the need for a crown or implant. Since then, I have decided to become a patient of Dr. Steinwedel.

Victoria Gorfin I’m new to the Peoria area and I needed to become established at a new office. I came in for a cleaning and worked with the newest dentist in the practice, Dr. Daniel. The staff was friendly and professional. Daniel listened to my concerns and goals. I had a permanent retainer from previous orthodontic work that I was wanting to remove. Daniel and his team were able to remove it for me that same day and fit me for a removable retainer. They were very quickly able to make me this retainer, I was able to pick up the final product the following week! Very grateful to have found this practice and have such a positive experience!

Rebecca Campbell To say our first visit to this place was amazing is an understatement. We came to Peoria Dental Care based on referrals from several like-minded friends. We had previously had some traumatic experiences with our children at a couple of pediatric dental offices which led us on the hunt for a dentist that was pro-patient and would give us informed consent on treatments for our children instead of just pushing whatever will fill their pockets. Peoria Dental Care is the complete opposite of that! My initial call to make the appointment was led by my apprehension due to our past experiences, but the person who answered the phone was a gem! She calmed all of our fears and made us feel confident in our decision to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes (one way) just for an exam. My daughter had exam with Dr. Micah and all I can say is this man is seems not only to be an amazing dentist, but a wonderful person. We have NEVER had a dentist or any other person in the medical profession take so much time and care with us in the past. Dr. Micah explained everything is such detail and gave us informed consent on all procedures that he recommended. He knew we drove quite far for the appointment, so he asked if I would like to take care of some of my daughters issues that day. So, we had the exam and got a tooth pulled and another tooth filled. :) We were also shown a detailed bill of how much everything was going to cost before the procedure was done. Other dentists we have experienced had not done this for us in such detail. I had not experience such great customer service and detail in the past and Im still just so excited we had friends recommend Peoria Dental Care to us. Peoria Dental care is a professional, compassionate, and amazing dental office! We highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Brittney Clark Dr. Micah is a blessing. My 8 year had a traumatic injury and his front tooth was broken in half and the top half was pushed into his naval cavity. One local dental group recommended extraction. I was referred to Micah for a second opinion. He saw me the same day and did a 3D xray and saw there was too much tooth and said he would absolutely not pull it as it would lead to a number of problems as my son grew up. Today, he had his final procedure with a root canal and Micah built up the other half of his tooth to an almost perfect match. At 8 years old, you can imagine the trauma he has gone through but Micah made him feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him and cant imagine where we would be if it wasnt for Micah. Kolby Dr. Nizar is a master of his craft. Ive had full mouth extractions with bone grafting in one procedure. For my second procedure had implants placed on bottom and more bone grafting on top. He takes great care and his talent leaves you pain free! Any pain or discomfort you may feel would only be 10x worse by anyone else. Dr. Nizar does not shortcut at all. His knowledge and experience makes him world class. A man with this much pride and integrity is so refreshing and rare today. This can be seen in his staff selection as well. They are smart, hardworking, and kind as can be! I recommend this place to everyone. You can sit back and relax knowing youre getting the best care in the world!
