Chris Davis This place has always been great and I never had problems with the staff until recently. I understand you have a strict cancellation policy but when someones phone breaks BEFORE their appointment and has to order another one in order to get their calendar again and doesnt even know when their appointment is due to their phone being broken and misses said appointment and then is dismissed because it has exceeded the missed appointments is kind of messed up. My appointment was March 11th and my phone broke about a week before that. I ordered a new phone and didnt receive it til March 14th. It takes time for a new phone to arrive. My entire calendar is on my phone. I use it for everything due to my Autism. And until I could activate a new one and transfer sim cards I was out of luck. I called today and politely spoke with one of the ladies at the dental clinic who was a little off putting. I didnt even receive a letter until over a month after the appointment was missed in which she stated was because of an old address on file which was not true because last Wednesday I called and requested a copy of financial records and low and behold that letter was attached to it! So it wasnt sent out a month ago! I moved a year and a half ago. I asked for the supervisors voicemail and was told I cant speak to her because she wont speak to patients who have been dismissed from the clinic. Like I said, I understand the policy but when its out of someones hands what are you to do??

Deborah Carman Friendly, helpful staff. Low prices compared to other facilities. They offer many services for the community, such as help with car seats for babies, and covid immunizations. I visit the dentist here and have for years. Theyre very knowledgeable and professional. Its a little difficult to get an appt., But if youre in pain or have an emergency, they compromise with you too get you in quickly!

sborn1571 Dr. Rotramel and his staff are amazing. The facility is clean and organized. I actually live in a city with 12 different dental offices, but I drive 40 minutes out of the city just to see him. He and his staff are that good. 5 stars all the way!

Keetra Weiss 100% very friendly, and helpful. I had to bring my 5 year old in for school exam. I also had to bring my 4 and 6 year old. The receptionist and dental assistants were amazing. Turned on cartoons and let them “shop” while their brother was being seen. The Dr was also so friendly and amazing with my son. I’d recommend over and over.

Stacey Kersey Dr. Rotramel is my familys dentist. He is amazing! The staff is so friendly. My hygienist is Amber Ring and she is also amazing. She is friendly, kind and gentle. I have always had a fear of dentists and having anything done with my teeth due to bad experiences as a kid. They always put me at ease. If I need any kind of fillings or dental work, they use gas and even give me an anti anxiety pill to take the morning before. I am never afraid or anxious to go to the dentist when I go to Dr. Rotramels office. I also love that I can go at 7:00 in the morning or late in the evenings on Wednesdays so I dont have to miss work.

Kaitlin Rose Terrible place. Horrible staff. The rudeness of the girls that answer the phones is beyond me! Was supposed to have an extraction but they couldnt get their scheduling right so now I owe money when I didnt even have the extraction?! No thanks.

Rebecca Pratt The “ director “ is RUDE . As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist she did NOT care and was VERY disrespectful. I will NEVER use this place again . And I will NEVER bring my children here !

trisha mohr Had my first visit with Dr Patterson. I found her to Be very knowledgeable and friendly and wants to Recommend the best treatment options. I was seen in a timely manner due to an emergency so That was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care

Chaunel Wilcoxon Let me tell you about Dr. Nikkole Patterson. First of all I am new here and I needed some dental work. I have been putting this off for a few years because I am not a fan of needles in my mouth let alone drilling. I am blown away about the bedside manners of her. She went above and beyond to check on me throughout the process, gave me enough time between teeth to breath and just overall a phenomenal dentist. I want to gatekeep her for myself but I have to let others know my experience. Im on day 5 of my 3 cavities filled and I cannot even tell the difference. No pain, no issues and you cant even tell. Highly recommended her if your looking for someone who cares about their clients.
