I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the years, so I was apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. I saw Dr. Stevens, and he and his assistant (I don’t remember her name unfortunately) were the friendliest, most personable team and instantly made me feel so comfortable. After my appointment, I requested to only see Dr. Stevens going forward. Ask to have him do your cleaning your next appointment!

5 /5 karma chameleon: My entire family went a few years without seeing a dentist (mostly due to lack of insurance) and we were all nervous about going back. Dr. Khan was kind, informative, gentle, and understanding to each of our individual situations and needs. The assistant while we were there was Julissa, and she was wonderful as well. They were both easy to talk to, encouraged questions, and informed us of the importance of a better dental hygiene routine without making us feel like we had already failed completely. The service was also very fast, and we spent maybe two minutes in the waiting room. I also like that you can easily schedule an appointment online and pick your own dentist. 10/10 recommend!

Whole Child Pediatrics - Yorkville Kimberly Logan: We had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Natalie, she was very professional, personable and very caring for my son and myself. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She was more than willing to hear our thoughts and fully informed us on everything that we needed during the visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and well rounded in her field, and we are very thankful to have been referred to her practice. We had a Better visit with her for the first time than we did in all 10 years that he was seeing a pediatrician at Hahn pediatrics in Tinley Park.

Plano Smiles Dental Center Ltd - Plano Bridget Steininger: Not only is Dr. Julie fantastic! She and her staff do such an awesome job with my son who has many sensory issues, plus my girls love her. She has been amazing with helping my husband get his teeth replaced and has walked step by step with us and supported him with any questions or concerns he may have. I HIGHLY recommend the entire staff at Plano Smiles!!

Orchard Crossing Family Dentistry - Montgomery Carrie Updyke: Ive been a patient of Dr. Gaspards for many years and I highly recommend him!!! He always greets me and ask how Im doing and listens. Hes gentle during the exam and when working on my teeth. Always patient with me if I need a few seconds break when drilling my teeth, which helps calm my nerves. Only performs necessary dental work. Jody did an excellent job for my teeth cleaning, friendly with a gentle touch during cleaning. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful with my billing questions.

Prairie View Orthodontics - Oswego - Oswego Amy Braun: We had an amazing experience with my son’s new orthodontist! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Tanya was absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. John is fantastic! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we never felt rushed. The office is clean, professional, and genuinely warm. They came highly recommended, and now I understand exactly why. So grateful we found them!

Sweetbriar Family Dentistry - Galesburg Pam Pickrel: Very nice, friendly and compassionate people from the receptionist to the dentist. Dr. Welty is always willing to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. Best place in town in my opinion.

Knox Family Dental - Galesburg Laura Williams: Took my son for his first dentist appointment and the hygienist Jen was fabulous with him. She made sure he understood what she was doing, showed him all the tools, and talked him through every step. He wasnt scared and actually enjoyed his first visit. Dr. Collin has a great staff.

Aspen Dental - Galesburg, IL - Galesburg saed diaz: Dr Kumar and Heather the hygienist took really good care of us. I really appreciate them explaining so much to us. Everyone that works there were really nice to us and we’ll definitely be back. I think management should hire more workers, it’s hard to get in touch with them and they have to work with you quickly to get to the next patient because they are so busy, that’s not the employee’s fault. Despite that, the employees try their best to give a good service, they deserve a raise!

Galesburg Family Dental - Galesburg Josh Huyck: I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning. If this persons customer service skill are the face of your business, being that she’s the first one you talk to if you are looking to go there, this sets a very bad standard. Needless to say I would not recommend much better options in the same area.
