5 /5 Mrs R: It took me forever to build up the courage just to contact a dentist. Extreme anxiety and fear kept me out of a dental office for years. I reached out to Prairie Garden Dental and was encouraged by Crystal to come in for a consultation. Upon arrival her welcoming smile and greeting put me at ease. Once I met Dr. Martin I knew I was in the right place. He didnt berate me for my condition. In fact, he congratulated me for walking through the door. Dr. Martin, Crystal, Erin, Jamie and Katie are truly an amazing team. They really care about their patients. Start to finish it has been an incredible transformation. 5 /5 Jennifer Knox: Everyone there is very nice! So far the best dental experience I have ever had. They are up front with you on cost and explaining what you need. Crystal at the front desk and Jamie and Dr Martin ..and I am so sorry but I dont remember the other assistants name today..but they are ALL great!....Katie is great! She did a deep clean on me and although I do not recommend one, she made the experience entertaining. We had some good laughs. What I do HIGHLY recommend, is get your teeth cleaned every 6 months so you may NEVER have to get a deep clean.

Manus Dental - Yorkville - Yorkville Patricia Creighton: I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Manus Dental in Yorkville was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. I originally went in for a simple cleaning, which turned into an absolute nightmare. Without informing me, they included a fluoride treatment that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I was then told I needed a crown on a tooth that would also require a root canal. I scheduled the root canal at their office, and during the procedure, the dentist broke my tooth beyond repair. I was told it now needed to be extracted and replaced with a permanent bridge. I was given a quote that detailed what insurance would cover and what my out-of-pocket costs would be. With no real choice, I moved forward. After paying in full for the extraction and bridge, I thought the ordeal was over—until I received a surprise bill in the mail for an additional $677. When I went back to the office, I was told that my insurance didn’t cover the bridge after all. I contacted my insurance company and was informed that Manus Dental had submitted a claim for a two-tooth bridge, which was incorrect. I returned to the dental office to explain the mistake and requested they correct the documentation. They never did. For over six months, my insurance company and I attempted to get the proper paperwork from them. Manus Dental either refused or failed to provide it.

Lo Destro, DDS - Yorkville Tara Czepiel: Due to a long commute in from the city made even longer by horrible "first snow of the year" traffic, I was not able to make my original appointment time. I have a very inflexible work schedule that requires me to travel for almost every weekday, so I would not have been able to reschedule my dental appointment for several months. Stephanie went above and beyond to help me find a new appointment that worked for me. I cannot thank her enough! Her kindness means so much to me and demonstrates how wonderful this office is. It is hard to find a dental office that provides quality care and a good experience all around, but this is it. I highly recommend!

My husband and I move often due to his line of work so it’s very hard having to research and find new, good and trusted businesses, especially when it comes to healthcare. Today was my first visit here and my 2 year old’s first ever dentist experience and I’m so glad I found them! They were so patient, personable and made me & my son feel so comfortable. My son was so comfortable with them that he let them check every tooth, clean and floss. Some days I can’t even get him to let ME do that! 1000% recommend Dr Kim, Teresa and the kind lady who checked us in for our appointment.

Kim Joseph S DDS - Yorkville Lorena Contreraz: As I book my next dental appointment out here in Michigan Im reminded of my previous dental visits in the various locations Ive lived in. Dr. Kim is by far the best dentist Ive ever had. Worked hard to fill a cavity that was all the way in the top back in between my teeth just so I didnt have to lose my... Wisdom teeth (not sure if thats what theyre called) since I have a big enough mouth to be able to get back there and clean them. Several dentist have wanted to get them out for me even though there wasnt anything wrong with them just because "eventually" there will be problems. So far none whatsoever. Many just want to get money out of you but not Dr. Kim. He really does have your best interest in mind. A God fearing man as well. You dont find many doctors with lots of schooling acknowledging a Creator and worshipping like he does.
