We missed 2 appointments for our 5 year old as well which I completely understand is unacceptable. The receptionist literally yelled at my wife though, no exaggeration. My wife was practically in tears. We went in the next day and handed them $100 cash for the inconvenience and was scolded a second time. Horrible customer service.
