5 /5 OrangeNinja818: This was hands down the best experience Ive had at the dentist, and I mean it. Im absolutely terrified of going to the dentist due to past trauma. From the moment I made the appointment, which they worked a miracle to get me in sooner, to leaving the appointment the staff was absolutely wonderful. I had expressed my anxiety of going to the dentist and they promised it was a judgment free zone, and they kept the promise. I was also treated like a person and wasnt screamed at, when I expressed concerns they listened. Dr. Seus was wonderful and explained everything and didnt get upset when I asked questions. Her assistant, I think, Abby was amazing I nearly had a break down from how stressed I was about the visit and she reassured me many times and that it was okay. I will be returning here in the future for further dental needs.

They were so good at making her comfortable and confident enough to let them check for cavities, polish and floss her teeth!

Signature Dental Experience - Bloomington Jeremy Masters: My appointment for my 6 month cleaning was excellent. The dental hygienist was very joyful, and she did a great job explaining each step of the appointment & cleaning process. For the majority of the cleaning process, she used a state of the art tool that uses water rather than the traditional metal instrument that requires more pressure & abrasive force. I found the new process to be much more pleasant. Their front desk staff was very friendly & pleasant as well.

Redbird Dental Care - Bloomington Ali T: Tried paying a bill for 4 months. Wouldnt answer my calls then sent me to collections. Last time I called said they couldnt access their front desk due to construction and would call me back. Never received any phone calls. Left messages and said had a call service but no one ever picked up and online pay wouldnt work. Left 3 more messages and never got a call back. I went here all the time and hate dentists. I love it here and due to them not taking accountability and not returning calls to pay them they said it was my fault when I took all steps possible to pay the bill and now have to deal with collection agency. This suxs in more ways than one and now I feel like this is going to be a repeat if I go back with constant run around. If their are issues with the call center bc I never once got directed there on any of the calls I made only to leave a message and never receiving a call back to some I was trying to do and being called a liar saying I never called to.do it. I am so upset right now after going there for over a decade. Someone didnt do what they said and now I have to get out of collections because no one followed up to take a payment. Saying I never called to do it when I did it 4 times with no response. When I called to pay and ask why they didnt answer my call until I called from another number and they answered. I dont want to deal with this ordeal again and hate I have to find another dentist because of this. Hopefully you find people accountable for not following up with patience to.pay so you dont lose another patient.

Swanlund Dentistry - Bloomington Katie N: Swanlund Dentistry has been my go to dentist for over 20 years. The front desk is always very welcoming and every hygienist has been gentle and thorough during teeth cleanings. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience.

Wyse Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - Bloomington Amy Jo Flaig: I had 2 silver fillings replaced today and it was a good experience. Dr Wyse and the dental assistant were great. Just started at this practice in 2023 but love going there. They are friendly, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and painless!

Capodice, Efaw, Ocheltree & Elger, PLLC - Bloomington Jessica Ifft: The office staff were very polite and professional. I do not do well with the dentist and they were very good about keeping me calm and moved along very quickly. Dr. Capodice and his staff were great! My appt was at 7:30 and was out of there by 9. I had no pain where the tooth was extracted.
