2 /5 Ali T: Tried paying a bill for 4 months. Wouldnt answer my calls then sent me to collections. Last time I called said they couldnt access their front desk due to construction and would call me back. Never received any phone calls. Left messages and said had a call service but no one ever picked up and online pay wouldnt work. Left 3 more messages and never got a call back. I went here all the time and hate dentists. I love it here and due to them not taking accountability and not returning calls to pay them they said it was my fault when I took all steps possible to pay the bill and now have to deal with collection agency. This suxs in more ways than one and now I feel like this is going to be a repeat if I go back with constant run around. If their are issues with the call center bc I never once got directed there on any of the calls I made only to leave a message and never receiving a call back to some I was trying to do and being called a liar saying I never called to.do it. I am so upset right now after going there for over a decade. Someone didnt do what they said and now I have to get out of collections because no one followed up to take a payment. Saying I never called to do it when I did it 4 times with no response. When I called to pay and ask why they didnt answer my call until I called from another number and they answered. I dont want to deal with this ordeal again and hate I have to find another dentist because of this. Hopefully you find people accountable for not following up with patience to.pay so you dont lose another patient.

5 /5 Daniel McClure: I can not recommend this place enough! Dr Barnabas creates such a fun lighthearted atmosphere it really makes me look forward to my 6 month appointments. All the hygienists are thorough and gentle. I also had my teeth corrected with Invisiline by Dr Barnabas and they look phenomenal!

5 /5 Torri Thompson: Dr Barnabas is the best dentist Ive ever had. She demonstrates her skill and her caring every time I see her. And her staff is just like her. Jessica always cleans my teeth and she does a wonderful job. Jackie at the front desk is beyond patient. She always responds to messages and when I need to make changes she always accommodates that. And shes just generally pleasant and a person that you are happy to see behind the desk when you walk in. I also wanted to note that Dr Barnabas treats her staff like colleagues, not like underlings. She respects their work and their opinions and she treats them well. I cant recommend Redbird dental highly enough

1 /5 Jaime: I visited them for a few years and honestly the staff were all super friendly. The problem was, they claimed I had periodontal disease and of course nothing is covered so I was paying hundreds out of pocket and they were very pushy about getting me to pay. I decided to switch dentists and visited a well known family practice that has been in business for decades here in town. They did NOT indicate periodontal disease and said my teeth and gums are very healthy and I do regular cleanings with them and have yet to pay out of pocket there. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist
