2 /5 Ali T: Tried paying a bill for 4 months. Wouldnt answer my calls then sent me to collections. Last time I called said they couldnt access their front desk due to construction and would call me back. Never received any phone calls. Left messages and said had a call service but no one ever picked up and online pay wouldnt work. Left 3 more messages and never got a call back.
I went here all the time and hate dentists. I love it here and due to them not taking accountability and not returning calls to pay them they said it was my fault when I took all steps possible to pay the bill and now have to deal with collection agency. This suxs in more ways than one and now I feel like this is going to be a repeat if I go back with constant run around. If their are issues with the call center bc I never once got directed there on any of the calls I made only to leave a message and never receiving a call back to some I was trying to do and being called a liar saying I never called to.do it. I am so upset right now after going there for over a decade. Someone didnt do what they said and now I have to get out of collections because no one followed up to take a payment. Saying I never called to do it when I did it 4 times with no response. When I called to pay and ask why they didnt answer my call until I called from another number and they answered. I dont want to deal with this ordeal again and hate I have to find another dentist because of this. Hopefully you find people accountable for not following up with patience to.pay so you dont lose another patient.
