The dental assistant I had was also AMAZING. I will definitely be making the 2 hour drive back to finish my dental work!

5 /5 Ashley Vesper: Had terrible sensitivity issues, and was scared I would need a root canal. They got me in same day, and doctor placed some desensitizer — instantly better and didn’t have to be numb. He went over how I can improve this issue as it is recession issues. Very thankful!

1 /5 Diana Watt: I called to see if they took payment plans and and/or discounted rates for no insurance due to low income. They said yes, so, I made an appointment. However, when I was informed of what was needed, I was told I would have to pay either $1800 for the simplest procedure or over $5000. Since the procedure would take 2 visits, I could pay 1/2 the 1st visit & 1/2 the 2nd visit. Not quite the payment plan I was hoping for. So, no fixed teeth for me.

Matt DePauw: I wish I could give zero stars. I went to Aspen over a year ago. I was charged $995 the day of and was told I had to pay or no service would be given. Insurance would cover the rest. Not knowing, I said ok if this is what I need. 11 months rolls by and I randomly get a bill for over $1200. I call and I actually dont see that it ever got sent to insurance. After 10 minutes of this individual finally locating my bill. He sees there is the original charge of $995 and that insurance bounced back our request. We will resend it. Please call back in 5-6 weeks." I call back at the end of the 6 weeks and am told it is still in processing. Have not heard anything. Fast forward to today, get a text saying your bill is ready to pay. I call and am told I have a $300 some bill based of what insurance did not cover. I obviously as what my original payment was for then. Customer Service asks if I got and EoB from my insurance, I have not. She goes and looks through my EoB on her end to then come back and say that insurance says I only should have been charged $800 some at the time of appointment. I ask if that means that I was charged more the day of than what I actually owed, she said yea I think so. Wait, I mean no. But you did pay more than what you should have. (Trust me I was just as confused in this moment). After hemming & hawing, she said she needs to send this up to supervisors to review and to call back in another 4-6 weeks. The math doesnt math... at all. I get a different number every time I call and cant seem to get a straight answer ever. Mind you... appointment January 2024, first bill November 2024, March 2025 is the most recent bill. It is ABSOLUTELY absurd that this is still going on, that I owe anything after paying almost $1,000 the day of, keep getting numbers that never match up, and that Im now being sent up to supervisors to review. AGAIN. I said it once, and Ill say it again. I wish ZERO stars were an option.

Jeremy Masters: My appointment for my 6 month cleaning was excellent. The dental hygienist was very joyful, and she did a great job explaining each step of the appointment & cleaning process. For the majority of the cleaning process, she used a state of the art tool that uses water rather than the traditional metal instrument that requires more pressure & abrasive force. I found the new process to be much more pleasant. Their front desk staff was very friendly & pleasant as well.

Ali T: Tried paying a bill for 4 months. Wouldnt answer my calls then sent me to collections. Last time I called said they couldnt access their front desk due to construction and would call me back. Never received any phone calls. Left messages and said had a call service but no one ever picked up and online pay wouldnt work. Left 3 more messages and never got a call back. I went here all the time and hate dentists. I love it here and due to them not taking accountability and not returning calls to pay them they said it was my fault when I took all steps possible to pay the bill and now have to deal with collection agency. This suxs in more ways than one and now I feel like this is going to be a repeat if I go back with constant run around. If their are issues with the call center bc I never once got directed there on any of the calls I made only to leave a message and never receiving a call back to some I was trying to do and being called a liar saying I never called to.do it. I am so upset right now after going there for over a decade. Someone didnt do what they said and now I have to get out of collections because no one followed up to take a payment. Saying I never called to do it when I did it 4 times with no response. When I called to pay and ask why they didnt answer my call until I called from another number and they answered. I dont want to deal with this ordeal again and hate I have to find another dentist because of this. Hopefully you find people accountable for not following up with patience to.pay so you dont lose another patient.
