    S A: I was traveling to Greenfield and had a low tire. I stopped in Durbins Garage to see about getting some air. When I went inside, the two women didnt appear to notice me as they didnt acknowledge that I was standing there for quite a while. I finally got their attention and explained that I had an appointment soon in Greenfield, and my tire was low and needed air. One of the women told me someone would be out, so I went outside and waited by my car. After a bit, there was no sign of anyone, so I went back inside to check again. I asked about the air and the woman told me there was a hose and I could "get it myself." I asked her for a pressure gauge and went back outside. Shortly after I went back to my car, a man showed up and began airing up my tires. I was grateful and was crouched down thanking him when Chris Durbin suddenly approached me and started yelling in my face! He starts off with, "the world doesnt revolve around you or your car" and continues to stand outside and "tell me off." I asked him what I had said or done that upset him, but he couldnt come up with anything specific, so he told me, "I dont like your attitude." I admit I had an attitude of "urgency" due to running late, but how is that worse than being screamed at by this guy? I still cant believe this happened. I am a long-time customer of "The Car Clinic," and I have a lot of respect for Olin Durbin. Im really shocked at how Chris Durbin acts at his garage. This happened in front of the employee who was airing my tires, so there was a witness.
