DMiT JiM Ronnie was great! Very polite, amazingly attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. When I called, he was very nice on the phone and agreed to the tow. It took him about 5 minutes to arrive at the location my vehicle was disabled. He quickly loaded my SUV and took us to a local motel for the night. We were advised by Ronnie that he was pretty booked and didnt have time to look at it on that day but he could the following day. A couple hours later he called to advise what the malfunction was but I missed his call and didnt get back to him until after business hours. At that time, he advised me that he already ordered the part arriving the following day and would be able to get us back on the road the following morning. That morning he advised that the vehicle is ready for pickup and he even picked us up from the hotel to take us back to our vehicle. Anytime automotive was a pleasure to work with, my vehicle runs great again and I appreciate everything that they did for us. Thanks Ronnie.

Continental Lift Truck Corp We had a forklift in Chester that needed to be picked up. Ron, Ron Jr. & their crew made things extremely easy when it was time for them to meet our driver there to bring the unit bac to Minnesota. Great service & very fair pricing! Melody Johnson Outstanding service! Great reputation with the locals. We arrived to the campground with a flashing engine service light, unsure if/ when wed be able to make it home. Randy was able to fit our car repair into a busy schedule so we could make the 3 hour drive home with our small children and camping gear. After dropping the car off, they were able to drive my husband 15 minutes back to the campsite and also pick him up to collect the car. This was vital to keeping our family together! I would HIGHLY recommend and cannot say enough thanks!

Jamie Varland We moved here in April of 2021 and blower fan in my chevy Tahoe was already fried and been dealing with it till we about froze to death this weekend coming home from cape after eating out. So having no idea where to go, we asked our neighbor. She recommended Jays Service Center said he was or is like family, and would definitely do right by us. Husband called this am and was told to bring it in and they could get it in and fixed today. Dropped it off this morning and it was done and fixed by this afternoon. The owner was extremely nice and actually got everything that was messed up from hitting the deer unlike the three other places I had taken it. Julie Wahlman I went to see them about an issue that I was having with my car. I spoke with a young man named Darren who treated me very respectfully which I appreciated very much. While talking to me he suggested that I might want to find out if my car was still under warranty because it still has very low mileage on it. It was going to be a very expensive repair and he was hesitant about it until I talked to someone. I called the Hyundai dealer and found out it’s still under warranty, called Darren back and told him that. I also thanked him for his honesty and integrity in doing business with me. It’s not often you find people in the automotive business who are honest or have integrity anymore. Thanks Darren, I will be back!
