5 /5 DMiT JiM: Ronnie was great! Very polite, amazingly attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. When I called, he was very nice on the phone and agreed to the tow. It took him about 5 minutes to arrive at the location my vehicle was disabled. He quickly loaded my SUV and took us to a local motel for the night. We were advised by Ronnie that he was pretty booked and didnt have time to look at it on that day but he could the following day. A couple hours later he called to advise what the malfunction was but I missed his call and didnt get back to him until after business hours. At that time, he advised me that he already ordered the part arriving the following day and would be able to get us back on the road the following morning. That morning he advised that the vehicle is ready for pickup and he even picked us up from the hotel to take us back to our vehicle. Anytime automotive was a pleasure to work with, my vehicle runs great again and I appreciate everything that they did for us. Thanks Ronnie.
