He even offered me a car since I was an hour away from where I live. He is very personable and easy to talk to, and had no issues whatsoever!!

5 /5 Melody Johnson: Outstanding service! Great reputation with the locals. We arrived to the campground with a flashing engine service light, unsure if/ when wed be able to make it home. Randy was able to fit our car repair into a busy schedule so we could make the 3 hour drive home with our small children and camping gear. After dropping the car off, they were able to drive my husband 15 minutes back to the campsite and also pick him up to collect the car. This was vital to keeping our family together! I would HIGHLY recommend and cannot say enough thanks!

When you see no vehicles Thats also a sign. I do think Randy has a good business and does good work. I personally would recommend him.

While talking to me he suggested that I might want to find out if my car was still under warranty because it still has very low mileage on it. It was going to be a very expensive repair and he was hesitant about it until I talked to someone. I called the Hyundai dealer and found out it’s still under warranty, called Darren back and told him that. I also thanked him for his honesty and integrity in doing business with me. It’s not often you find people in the automotive business who are honest or have integrity anymore. Thanks Darren, I will be back!

paul pestor: Best place to get overcharged for sub par work. Dan quoted me 6 thousand for a engine and 4 thousand to install. Sorry Matt for being honest. But you should try to be honest sometime. Point out flaws with work and you degrade me and act like im a liar. Towed my car to your shop and acted like you did me a favor. My insurance has towing. They wouldve towed it for free if you needed more money from me. Send my insurance company a bill that way you cant get more money out of me. I use to respect you alot Matt. You overcharged and underdelivered. But I will not frequent your establishment ever again. I dont respect you anymore. Getting blamed for a vehicles problems after you got a small fortune. Its like the other guy said. Bleed you to death on repairs. A year on diagnosing cylinder 2 and ford had issues with that motor and redesigned it. Ive never been treated so horrible in my life. A month to change motor and all data says 23 hours. Hmmm.. Thanks again. For taking for a ride. Consumer beware high prices low customer service. Be ready to leave with empty pockets. I will never frequent you again. I wish I could rate you as a zero..... Dan jon and you are perfect match. Such ashame. I use to have alot of respect for you. God bless you. Wish you the best. I would love to have my battery box back. But i geusd thats a extra charge that your staff lost it. Dont need to be degraded. Keep it. Youll charge me for it anyway. The greatest is when Dan accused me of breaking the fuel pump. I was in shock. Brought my car to you because I trusted you and respected you. Call my insurance theyll reimburse you for the tow. Get you some more money. Then get mad at me because you replaced the starter. The only thing was wrong was ground wasnt hooked up properly. Then blame me because I noticed it was loose and havent had a problem since. Came to your shop showed you and your mechanic cleared codes. I told you that day. But be mad at me instead of technician jon. The only thing I learned from this experience is bleed you dry on repairs and take a month to install motor and go to hardware store and put none matching bolts in it. But thats my fault as well. Enjoy my battery among the laundry list of things that are my fault and not you jon or Dan. 6 thousand for a used motor. I got new one for 3200. Your making a killing. Youll never get my business ever again. I highly recommend nobody do business here. I will also tell everyone I know my story and show them all the paperwork and pictures I have. Im also gonna report you to better business bureau. I wonder how many other people youve done this way. Such ashame I use to speak highly of you when people would say things. Turns out they were right and I was wrong. My respect is totally gone for you. I will tell everyone dont make the same mistake I did. Cant trust no one.

Jamie Varland: We moved here in April of 2021 and blower fan in my chevy Tahoe was already fried and been dealing with it till we about froze to death this weekend coming home from cape after eating out. So having no idea where to go, we asked our neighbor. She recommended Jays Service Center said he was or is like family, and would definitely do right by us. Husband called this am and was told to bring it in and they could get it in and fixed today. Dropped it off this morning and it was done and fixed by this afternoon. The bill was extremely affordable and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Also this will be the only place I take my vehicle to in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

If I hadn’t noticed it, it would’ve been real bad, then they rotated my brand new tires without my approval and charged me for it. Oh and scratched my 3,000 dollar rims.

Morgan Wilkin: This shop completely ignored my calls when asking for an estimate. They also misdiagnosed my car. Whole time my transmission was bad and they told me my motor mount and transmission mount was bad. I paid $1,000 for the fix at a different shop for no reason. If you’re a woman, they will completely ignore your requests, and will not listen to what you have to say! My transmission was bad this entire time and now I have to pay $6,000 to replace my engine and transmission both. THANK YOU J&A FOR THE MISDIAGNOSIS!

Tasha Trout: These guys are amazing. They were able to get me in last minute for a tire repair. They patched the tire, put it back on, put the spare tire back up under the vehicle, and charged me less than I was expecting! I asked about the price for an oil change while I was there, and the price was actually less than I paid for the oil and filter to do it myself! Overall Im very impressed with this shop, and will definitely be coming here for my oil changes and tire rotations or repairs in the future.
