5 /5 Char C: I’m so grateful that I was lead to Benton Auto. I been dealing with emissions related issues and was past due with be able to get my license plate sticker. After about 2mos of receiving misinformation from various other mechanic shops and being charged for things I did not need, I came to Benton Auto and all of my stress was relieved! From the moment I made my first initial call to Esteban to the final completion, my experience was top tier! He was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient with addressing my concerns. He also goes above and beyond to service his customers and make them feel comfortable and valued. I will definitely be recommending others and will be back in the future, if needed.

Esteban answered and heard all of my worries and told me that he was confident that he could help me out. That alone proved how confident this shop is of their work. I can not thank this shop enough. I have been dealing with failing emissions test and have taken my car to other shops to get worked on and none have been able to do what Benton Auto has done which is deliver results. It is very hard to find a reliable shop in todays market especially in Aurora its great to know that Benton Auto delivers and stands behind their work. They dont give you any run around mess they keep you updated, they give you customer service, great prices and they even take your car to make sure you pass emissions test. I am very happy with their work and will only be taking my car here to get repaired and do maintenance on. 5 /5 Nedzada Jasarevic: Benton’s auto service was truly an amazing service. He worked so efficiently, timely and with great communication and had the best rates. He quoted my moms 2012 Hyundai and I was amazed with how quickly he got the car done and how he did for the price. the car runs great he even suggested some tips for minor cosmetic things she could do to improve the vehicle. He took his time to show the the car to my mom after completion. His shop is very nice and very organized. So happy with the repair of the vehicle and 10/10 service. I would recommend him to anyone for his super reasonable rates, his knowledge of his craft, his efficiency and extremely great communication. We will continue to utilize his services.
